in i7 scrappers and blasters won't be 2 hitting anyone and i'll give you several good reasons.
1) 56% res on nearly all PPP shields S/L/Toxic/nrg/cold/neg nrg
2) everybody gets a hold and ranged attack
3) stalker dark set is nearly brute strength S/L/toxic res
4) some nice accolades which are 100% res to all with no end crash.
when a stalkers got 50% S/L and 30% toxic what do you think those spine scrappers are gonna do ? -

KB is what i can opnly dexribe as 'uber' against anyone with no protection from it if u can cycle KB powers quickly.
if i come up against a squishy i and i know their toggles are down or they are easy to KB, i can pretty much guarantee they are dead in 2-3 shots. maybe, just maybe, KB needs nerfing for pvp use, but in pve leave it as it is.

Yeah this is whats anoying me .. with all the per atm the stealth pool for none stalkers is just pointless and the cap for none stalkers is to low. -

spineys will be worthless in i7 .. gonna be funny when all the scrappers realise just how ploppy there builds are and just how cack spines is
blasters don't have much of a chance either .. spent a whole lot of time just killing silly blasters in RV.

just my opinion but i've never needed hasten on my MA/regen scrapper.always had a full attack chain with the same powers with 1 recharge in so maybe switch to the jump pool for some vertical ?
Never really used blinding powder much either.
could do with seeing your slotting to.
might wanna take swift with stealth .. kinda slow chasing targets without it
I like /nin but always try to work stamina in at around 22 coz its quite end heavy -

I'd recommend not going the super jump route and instead getting Air Sup/Fly. The extra Def from combat jumping is small. Air Sup is very useful in PvP, it does knockdown and it does damage on a par with Bonesmasher.

I'd stick with the jump pool because the previous poster has his numbers totaly wrong.
Air sup = 2.7 dmg
bone smasher 4.5 dmg
on par ? i think not.
Anyway .. acouple things this i should point out .. 1) you have no heal 2)your defence are very weak as they are def and you will get hit in PVP.
So i'd seriously think about the medicine pool and taking tough from the fighting pool, i would drop whirling hands as its not that good damage and maybe drop stun as TF has a 100% chance to do a mag 3 stun and a 80% chance to do an extra mag 1 stun.
Fear is a good idea but i think you'll need the ranged attacks that the PPP's offer and taunt isn't that good in PVP.
Barrage is also good for building fury so i've been told. -

If your stupid enough to try and scrap one of those AT's with the pittiful amount of HP stalkers have then yes i agree with you you should lose but if you play smart its not a problem. -

Not sure i agree with that myself .. i've got a NB/Nin without the jump pool at all and i don't have a problem with kb in pvp. -
I thought GV and RV and the FA epic was going to the doom of stalkers but after the RV event its altered my outlook quite abit, true we've not seen the full impact of lvl 50 epic powers yet in RV but the per/stealth war dosn't have me as worried as it did before.
I think its down to the fact that the per/stealth caps are so close so even if a hero caps his per which is impossible without a team i might add then hes still not going to see me untill i'm 10 foot away.
Scrappers are not such a problem either .. those players taking spines/regen can't see stalkers till they attack and 90% of the time once a stalkers attacked hes already gone.. spines/SR isn't a problem either .. they can take tactics and the per shield but still have a limited distance they can see stalkers at but are the easiest to kill, so no real threat there.
Ice tankers .. well you can just ignore those guys lol.
With i7 tho i can see a huge change in stalkers what with the dark sets coming out and i know i'll be making a stalker killer killer which i tested during the RV event with rendered spine/regen scrappers totaly useless and ripped up spines/SR countless times.
And lets not forget the PPP sniper powers .. just to quote a friend who was on test the other day he said a spine scrapper said to him after he kited the guy with his brute with range powers " its not fair now brutes have ranged attacks"

Problem of SR: just defense,mezz protection and +spd + recharge.
Defense is completely useless for PVP: everybody got slotted FA,or tactics or AIM or Build Uo (or everything lol).
So they just simply turn FA on and ..there you go ...the whole SR set is reduced to +spd,+rch and mezz protection.They just need ONE single power to make your secondary useless(aside from Elude).
Thats the bad side of SR(there are a good side but ppl already told u about that).

thats not entirely true .. during the RV event i found defence was working well and saw alot of 'dodge' or 'evade' signs floating about me..true that was max lvl 40 but we'll see what happends in i7.
Claws also has had the animation time changed greatly in i7 with strike and slash having there animation changed so its alot faster. -

i don't think you can make a macro that would do BU,stealth,AS and tbh theres no need to. -
swap the range in grant invis and cauterize for an end redux then you should be set

Spose it wouldn't be useless but seems there would be other things needing those slots more. Also i don't think it's autohit in PvP? Least everyone i've fought against have said it made no difference, so i can only assume it didn't hit.

I've used smoke in PVP and its not auto hit and i can safely say the numbers for the debuff are not piddly as i had quite afew scrappers whiffing at my dom.
my slotting is 2 acc 3 tohit debuff 1 rchrg.
The american boards say if you use smoke and have combat jumping and stealth then nothing can hit you. -

I had stealth and invis on my test event toon, and I liked it. Dunno about macros, my sequence was alt+1(engage stealth, drops invis automatically),z(buildup), 1(AS). Dunno I have more nimble fingers than most but I could hit that sequence in about same time as most people hit one button..
I definitely recommend stealth, more often than not it seemed enough to have hide+stealth, but for more difficult cases I used hide+invis to scout targets.

I'd think very seriously in having atleast 1 end redux in your heals and attacks and dropping the leadership power which will totaly kill your end and tbh tactics is not worth slotting anyway (10% out of the box 15% 3 slotted) drop them .. its not worth the end useage. -

I've taken stealth and invis and use a simple modified hover/fly bind to toggle stealth/invis .. if you hit BU before the bind it all takes less than a second to change to stealth and hit AS.
I would take stealth tho as it will be common for people to see through just hide but not hide/stealth. -

heres an idea of what kind of damage FB does V brawl
FB X 3 dam = 1.08 smashing dmg
Brawl X 3 dam = 1.95 smashing dmg

well as about 90% of the ppl who kill my nin/FF MM are blasters i thought of going with scirocco's PPP basicly because said blasters can just AiM+BU throguh my pittiful defence anyway and the 56% energy res coupled with bodyguard and a self heal should be enough to limit the damage greatly.

Regen has no defences as such so is going to take the full damage of an attack so its heals are important.
With reconstruction,dull pain and instant heal you have 3 powers to rotate but will not save you V high burst damage.
I could suggest taking Tough from the fighting power for melee S/L resist to go with resiliance to give roughly 20% S/L resist. -
currently the level cap is lvl 40 which means you can only pick 20 powers so think long and hard about which powers you want.
you will defo want the fitness power pool powers (swift or hurdle,health,stamina)for more endurance.
2 powers for a travel power which is mainly to taste but most take super jump with stalkers.
Then theres more stealth if you want to PVP.
Most ppl take the medicine powers (aid other,aid self) with SR coz it has no heal.
NB i'd skip the first skill gamblers cut as its low damage.
Divine avalchane is a non damaging power but will boost defence when it hits.
SR i'd focus on the toggle defences first and skip the passives.
Practiced Brawler is a must as its you anti hold power.

Smoke will stack with other players smoke .. and if memory serves me its -411 per.
I used smoke in the RV Event to great effect (altho i used bitter ice blast from ice assault aswell)
I'd say slot it with tohit debuffs and love it.
