I play because the game is fun. That it happens to deal with 'super hero' types is incidental. In fact I wouldn't have bought City of Heroes. I only bought city of Villains. I like being evil.

Some people may not realize there even is a canespec. In that regard if we assume everyone used their freespecs for inherent stamina then around now people might be creating their builds to take advantage of their alphas and/or the alpha boosts they are planning to use. Could also be someone in CB who knows something. Wouldn't be the first time after all.

That should be quite easy since elec has the ability to slot and use both sleep and confuse sets. Soo
10% confuse 5 slots
10% sleep 5 slots
10% immob 5 slots
10% hold 5 slots
6.25% pet rchg 4 slots
10% attack (taoe or ranged your choice can't remember offhand what ice has.
56.25% global rchg so far
Add 2 lotgs for cj and maneuvers
71.25% for only 31 slots I'm sure with the other 50+ slots you can work out the rest. Also typing on phone so I'm doing this all from memory

Huh. That was an interesting look. Not being a big batman fan I have no favorite. On the other hand the '92 one with the face and the '93 one with wheels way below the chassis I don't like at all.
