You were on in the middle of the day. How does that make the server dead? I know this because I zoned into Ouro right beside you...while on a TF. Log on during primetime before passing judgement. :-p (I'm not necessarily saying that your judgement will change because of primetime.)

I use this bind on one of my characters.
/bind Numpad1 "say Time to power up!$$cc_e 0 cclightning"
Obviously, you can change the text or remove it. If you remove the text, it would look like this.
/bind Numpad1 cc_e 0 cclightning
Just change the 0 to a 1 to use that costume slot. Also, you can use whatever key you want. I'm sure you knew that already.
