Welcome back!
I use this bind on one of my characters.
/bind Numpad1 "say Time to power up!$$cc_e 0 cclightning"
Obviously, you can change the text or remove it. If you remove the text, it would look like this.
/bind Numpad1 cc_e 0 cclightning
Just change the 0 to a 1 to use that costume slot. Also, you can use whatever key you want. I'm sure you knew that already.

I have a macro on a Dominator that triggers Domination and allows me to switch back and forth between costumes with different animations for each switch.
powexecname Domination$$cce 02 CCDrinkFormula$$cce 04 CCSuperserum
If I'm already on costume 02, the Superserum animation plays and I switch to 04. If I'm on 04, the DrinkFormula animation plays and I switch to 02. (And if Domination is charged up and ready it fires off at the same time as I change costumes.)
In your case, you could set up one macro (or bind) to toggle back and forth with
cce 00 CCLightning$$cce 01 CCLightning

Hey guys, I'm back after a 1 1/2 break and I forgot how to create complex macros. How do I make a single macro that can alternate between two costumes while doing one of the new emotes? For example, I want to be able to change between cc 0 and cc 1 while using cclightning. Please help...
