How did Favre lose the game? I know he threw the last INT, but he didn't fumble multiple times.

Quote:I couldn't disagree with you more. My MA/Nin is one of the most efficient characters I've played to date.martial arts is horrible primary for a stalker because it has NO built in multi target powers, the set is 100% single target unless you get patron pools.
DB/DA sounds about right, Tam. -
That one doesn't ring a bell for me, but I'll be on the lookout.

Quote:Something to consider Zyph:All in all, my largest concern about War Witch, is that she may not put the same weight on these things as the lead Devs before her. I fear Jay, and Babs will spend all of their time on new enemy groups, instead of making new things for us. That may be w/o basis, but it is still MY fear.
The most recent 2 critter groups introduced to the game are Vanguard and Cimerorans. Both of those groups brought us costume pieces and weapons that were available to player characters via in-game systems (VG Merits / Badges). The HeroCon presentation told us that the new Clockwork pieces will be available to the players via in-game unlock as well. It seems that the trend has now been established to create scalable player versions of pieces that we see on new enemy groups, and Going Rogue is already slated to extend that trend. -
I'm glad everyone made it out. It's always fun to achieve [Cell Death] when we can. The leaders learned some more things today to make raids move smoother and get started faster.
Thanks for a great raid Triumph!

Everyone interested in raiding today, please grab a Biological Mutagen nuke from Warburg if you have time.
We'll see you in about 2.5 hours! -
Wasn't me >_>

Quote:http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=206761I am disappointed that I didn't get to see Sooner's BFF. I met Scourge of Sooner last night, and managed to track down and see Pantless Sooner about 3 seconds before the countdown expired.
Thanks for coming guys.
Maybe we'll come help you IF YOU EVER RUN A RAID!!! ;-) -
I was under the impression that in-jokes are eternal on the internet.
Thanks for running the raid. -
Dude! We helped!
(It's all in fun because a lot of the people who helped were part of the Hurt/Heal silliness.) -
You're welcome.

Quote:Are you insane? He'll burn the forums to the ground when he reads that!Wow. You're upset that Aion has double XP this weekend. Well, I wonder how upset you'll be knowing that this is the 4th double XP weekend since December, and that they plan on doing 1-2 double XP weekends a month.
:P
WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? -

Hahaha!
You dirty RPer!
Glad you had fun. -
Quote:Very plausible.I've been thinking about the Resistance pieces and the Preatorian Clockwork pieces and I came up with a theory of how they will be unlocked.
The Preatorian Clockwork pieces will be tied to a defeat badge (possibly defeat 100 Preatorian Clockwork) or a Task Force completion badge. I doubt they'd be unlocked for joining the Loyalists, since they would only fit tech-based characters.
The Resistance pieces will be unlocked by going through an "initiation" arc for the Resistance.
Another costume set (probably the Preatorian Police) will be unlocked by completing an "initiation" arc for the Loyalists.
It's just a theory, but it's plausible.
Making it a little more accessible, they could be attained by learning the history of the 2 factions by way of exploration and accomplishment. Then everyone could earn them for whatever role they want to play at any given moment. -

He's definitely riding the shades of gray in that bio, but I'm looking forward to seeing what he's hiding. -
I was wondering if any COH peeps were playing GA.
I hope they spice up PvP here in a good way, but I'm glad to hear that model is working for you. -
Quote:While that's true, if a system is in place to consistently add new challenges (with new, meaningful rewards) for level-capped characters, it will satiate those who like to progress their characters further than the current constraints of the game.No disrespect to the devs, but there's no way they can make enough end game content to keep hard core players busy for very long.
You're right about "hardcore" gamers, though. If they don't like playing the game in a general sense, more end game won't keep them around forever.
