What he's failing to mention is that he didn't even enter the base, the win was due to the raid system being flawed
-
I wouldn't recommend CoF as a brute, take Dark Regen instead.
CoF will increase your surivability but its extremely endurance heavy and will mean you get less fury. Dark Regeneration is an incredible heal, with 1 heal DO in it, it only needs to hit 2 things to get you up to full health, and it helps you get fury by doing damage and getting aggro! -
Agent Saphire, my peacebringer, is female. That said, she's a tom boy, who drinks beer, likes explosions and is a member of the US army (She's completely straight, however).
If you want to hear the opinion of someone who can' stomach playing a woman, ask Maximillian. -

Nice guide there...
But [pedant=on] you mention that three slotting doubles effectiveness of the defences. Unfortunatly, defence is obviously far too good, so it is only +20% per SO, totaling +60% [/pedant]

Dude, someone corrected that mistake aaaages ago.
-
Saphire stood slowly and walked out of the station, ready to take in whatever sights awaited her...
-
"Go, go, go!" Shouted Saphire, diving into the portal...
-
*Plays a version of russian rullete with Max using the about to explode Midnight*
-
Saphire raised her voice over the various noises around her, and spoke to Grav "Can your powers do anything to stabalise the portal?"
-
Saphire looked desperately for a button that would stabalise the portal, but started to think she might have to gamble and go in the ever changing portal if she couldn't find the button soon...
-
Hasten is definately a great pick for PvP, when its on I can almost chain with just my two most powerfull attacks, both of which have a knockdown effect...
-
Saphire quickly pressed in the neccesary buttons, as fast as she could, but being careful not to make mistakes.
-
But didn't the control panel get blown up? If not completely ignore my last post, it was born out of confusion
-
Saphire looked around desperately "What CAN I do?" she said "We NEED that portal, to get back... we need to go trhough it... perhaps we can destroy it at the other end!"
And with that, she made her way closer to the portal, unsure of what Grav was going to do. -
The only time I've go elude even close to perma was with speed boost and AM on me at the same time... and that was in I5, taking hasten will be much more dependant on your primary.
-
Yup, I have PB 3 slotted two, but I said atleast 2 in the guide, as having 3 is more prefrence than anything else IMO.
-
Its silly because it only gives 4/6 of a percent increase with an even level SO, its alright if you have nothing else to slot, mind.
-
Even if there hasn't been an end cost reduction, ED means enough spare slots for end reux that it shouldn't be a problem
-
Its true, brutes exceed in either small teams, teams with /kin, and stuff like that, mostly I've been playing my brute with a select group of TeamSpeak users
-
Obviously I'm about to say "What I do have is a [CENSORED] lot better than what you've got, Chump mug!" and strangle him with that thing I'm holding.
-
((While the idea of a cliffhanger was a nice one, you forget half of saphires attacks are ranged
))
Saphire ran backwards towards the control panel, throwing blasts of energy at the arbiter as she did so, desperately hoping to achieve both of her goals. -
And put it this way shannon, I've only missed out 2 powers from my primary, all my primary powers are slotted to full effectiveness, I have hasten 3 slotted, Focused Accuracy 6 slotted, health 3 slotted, stamina 3 slotted. And even then I had spare slots to put in silly things like combat jumping :-P
-
I have often considered the DM/SR combination, but I'd need to find out the values of the thit debuff to know just how effective it will be.

Quote from Gecko seems to have a mistake

That is, you can never have more than a 5% chance to hit or miss a target
[/ QUOTE ]
In this case really 'More' is 'Less'.
[/ QUOTE ]
That must be an error made by Gecko, it was a copy/paste from his post.
In answer to Shannon, by all means put slots into your primary over slotting your passives, I just can't see a situation where you would be that desperate for slots.
