For those that didn't see it, there is a discussion thread for the City of Heroes Freedom Player Summit that is being help on November 19.
I'd love to see a strong Justice attendance this year, and would love to be able to hang out with my fellow Justice players. That's the main reason I go to these things after all.
Callie, if you are there this year you'd better introduce yourself. You've been part of the Justice family long enough now to just hang back. Listening in and not introducing yourself last year was mitigated slightly due to you being new, but this year you have no excuse.
If you are planning to go, or are thinking of going but haven't decided yet, please say so here in this thread so we can make better plans.
If I am able to go (and I do hope to), I will definitely say hi to both you and RedGren! I'm really looking forward to you two doing karaoke!

*Yes*-->Dang, feels like a Monday. Let's call it Monday or *No*-->Am I playing a tank? *No*-->What the hell? I'm not!?! I blame Rangle or *Yes*--> That's Better. Am I leading a Raid? *Yes*--> Must be Wednesday or *No*-->Are the people around me squishy? *No*--> Yay, it must be Tanker Tuesday or
*Yes*-->Hmmm...Do I have to work tomorrow? *Yes*-->I'll guess Sunday or *No*-->No clue, but don't bother me; I'm trying to hold aggro.
Good thing LSK reminds him when Tuesday is.

I agree with Arwen. The singers both had talent, but different styles. The comparsion likely stems from the media trying to get empathy from one generation to the next, i.e., "Remember what it was like when Janis Joplin died? That's how the folk who followed Amy Winehouse are feeling about it." At least she's at peace now, beyond a life that clearly brought her little joy.
