Actually the fact that they were gifts has nothing to do with it... It's just that when an artist posted the art in their own thread I don't also post it in here. I figured the artist should get the comments, praise, etc in their own thread where it is more deserved... Seems there has been a bit of confusion, or perhaps I was not clear enough...
To be clear: There is NO RP REQUIRED for this contest. Nothing in game, nothing out of game. All that is required is some reference shots of the character, for you to select a co-star of mine and for you to set the scene - Be it the two fighting each other, fighting alongside one another or whatever. You can be as specific or vague as you wish...
Either way, no rp is required. -

I think some standard rules should be that anyone submitting art should state what they're looking for from others - colors, corrections, anything goes, etc...
And anyone altering anothers work should state what they did to it.
I think if everyone did that we could avoid any misunderstandings. -

Thankfully, I don't have to because there are elements of each I like better than the others... But both are awesome on their own so I'll just do a happy dance. Besides, it's Cygirl's character, if favorites need picking, it's her job to do it!

Thanks all... I don't really know what all these Japanese words like "Bishoujo" mean, but I know I've gotten a lot of comments from anime lovers about Gorm so I was guessing she would fit into the style better than my others.
I'll usually avoid free arts but I have realy been T'Soul's style lately so had to give it a shot
