Haven't read comics in forever but picked up a few of the new titles on my iPad. Not bad, they seemed shorter than I remembered comics being but perhaps that's because of reading them digitally? *shrug*
Anyway, was thinking of just subscribing to a few but... err, is there a way to subscribe digitally, does anyone know? All in all I'm just looking to read them, not actually bother collecting the hard copies :P
Anyway, as I said, been out of the loop forever so this seemed like an interesting place to jump back in. Picked up about half the titles and so far they all seem like good decent reads... Probably helps that I was always more of a Marvel man and never too hung up on DC's continuity or such... -

As for the explaining his aging comment someone made - I do not think they ever said he wouldn't age, just perhaps not age as we know it. After all, the possibility exists he ends up as a giant bloated head... Some kind of aging must happen if that is possible enough to give the doctor a second thought? -

And, as far as Amerikatt and her... errr, ummm, the camera's adding of ten pounds?
I honestly hadn't noticed just how much bigger she was from sketch to final until the topic got brought up. Afterwords, CR offered to do an alteration to see if he could make the feline fatale as svelt as she should be. This he did and I am sure he would be kind enough to share with anyone who wanted to see...
However, I also hit up Jazz (the artist) and he did some alterations of his own.
While I commend CR for his efforts and thank him kindly for them, I think it only fair to the original artist that only his original art be displayed in public - The forums, DA gallery, etc... By all means, I think CR should show his version to any who wish to see, I just ask that it not be distributed publicly as it isn't an authorized alteration of Jazz's work. I think CR did a great job but an artists art is a personal thing and I can totally understand any not wanting it modified by someone else....
ANYWAY... Here is the adjusted art Jazz did, hopefully this better satisfies everyones view of our favorite feline...

Mel, Ameri, again if you want full sized versions of these as well, just let me know.
