  2. He shouldn't be able to stun you with one KO Blow ( I assume that is what you are talking about, uppercut) Dispersion Bubble protects against its hold. He would have to hit you with maybe the epic hold if he had it too to possibly hold you through dispersion bubble.

    When a side captures a spawn point the turret pets that spawn are 50.
  4. Quickest way to stop people from capturing pillboxes is where they begin. If that is at the mouth of the base then well so be it.

    People whine about FA but I am gonna whine about bodyguard. I dunno if the MM had his armors but I hit him for maybe 10, if that with a block of ice while he was in EF. Yeah I know EF kinda sucks in PvP if they have resists. I think he might have been on a tar patch too, not positive though cause there were a lot of debuffs. I am not really whining about Bodyguard, just trying to bring it to attention that it is pretty powerful in the right hands

    Did you happen to turn off the icons for auto powers? I did that on my SR and was wondering where the heck my passives went and then *LIGHTBULB* hey maybe I turned them off

    Besides your statement is flawed when you say you were mezzed throgh your protection. You weren't. It was dropped. I guess I coulda done that with brawl or forcebolt the whole time anyways

    Any Dark Armor and Dark Miasma has Psionic resists available to them. Additionally Defenders and Controllers can get armors through APP that have Psi Resists. And does the /Ninjustu mez click not give Psionic resist as well? Please don't say ENTIRE GAME and then mention that you don't know, misinformed people cause hysteria

    Brutes have an offense primary. Tankers have an offense secondary. Where do blasters have a control primary or secondary?

    When creating a blaster it says support for the secondary. Support comes in many ways. The only set that doesn't get any for of control hard or soft is /fire and it gets more damage. So I am fine that blasters can mez and do additional damage cause my poor controller can be beaten by 50 inf. Go buy a BF.

    All I can say is - yuck. Making snipes that optimal still wouldn't do that much for blasters vs. non-squishies, but would make them so attractive that you'd see a hell of a lot more stealthed blasters sniping from their max range, which imo is the AT at its worst. Certainly it's the least pleasant way for a melee to be engaged by a blaster.

    People will drop their loads if blasters are given more damage, I don't think that will fly too well either.

    Besides not all blasters get snipes or decent RANGED attacks to begin with. While I am at it, I am so glad for toggle drops being nerfed. My /Fire is totally useless in PvP now with the great secondary it is. /sarcasm off Everyone else was getting to whine about something I get to too

    I jumped into SC to check out some changes against the NPCs and noticed a few heroes running around so I flew up and dropped down on them, with my built in +per from danger sense I never saw the stealthed Scrapper and the Blaster mysteriously threw something at me that detoggled everything I had on then again I was not sure if I had Kuji-in Rin running but I was able to immediately turn on fly and retoggle. There are still some temp powers that can detoggle your entire set of powers in one hit, I have seen villains using it too.

    I really don't think there isfor heroes, the only temp I can think of is the Nullifier X or whatever that is basicallly the sap stick and only villains have acces to that.

    Um, ya know, you can take hover and fly too.... And hover negates knockback about as well as acrobatics. You get hit, you do a flip, keep attacking.
    I use hover on my fire/fire tanker (42 currently,) and never have problems with knockback. Hrmmmm, two powerpool powers to get travel and knockback protection vs. 3 from leaping.... hrmmmmm. Think I'll stay with hover/fly.

    What do you do when you are immob or do you still use Burn? (Which does get buffed now by BU etc.)

  17. Last time I looked the Immob protection from Burn stuck around quite long enough on itself, but a click power for Immob protection every 45ish seconds is absurd when every other Tank primary gets full protection from one toggle.
  18. What happened to a team on each project? What happened to fixes for Claws in Issue 7? New powersets for Scrappers in I7? New base stuff for CoH? Well that's great for people that have CoV because you can't access bases if you only have CoH. Too bad I am paid for 6 months
