Ok....
No one here is going to tell you that MA or /SR sucks and that you not making the best combo. All Scrapper Combo are good some better at some thing, but all still good.
As for /SR yes people still take it. It is still a good set and it is a lot easier to soft capped the /SD. Just because you don't see it as much because /SD is the New thing, it is still played. -
I can see end not being your friend in an AV fight. DC will not make up the for it. You will want to get CP in the build. Also looking at Stamina it is not slotted good at all, it is only at 68% it will need to be around 90 if you don't what to take CP. Yes Dark consumption is a good power but it as a long rechrage and may not always be up.
For soloing AV you will want SL to be more of a Heal then an attack. Look Here for good slotting. You will want it to do damage but you want it to heal for more.

Some AVs you will want to run them both. Remember your attacks will take more End they your toggles so it wont be that big of a deal to run them, but as said before you will have end problem with this build. -

Well After doing some math it looks like the Best attacks to use are Jacob's Ladder, Chain Induction, Charge Brawl. Havoc Punch is the worst DPS of the 4 attacks.
So it looks like the best attack chain would be
Chain Induction/Charge Brawl/Jacob's Ladder/Charge Brawl
CI would need to rechrage in 3.96 which would be 250%
CB would need to rechrage in 1.056 which would be 184%
JL would need to rechrage in 3.3 which would be 143%.
Also the DPS is not going to be good I did it at 129.48 DPS which could be way wrong but It is not going to be better then 158.39DPS.
If I'm way wrong someone pls tell me. -

Well I don't konw what one would be better, I'm thinking Fury Of the Gladiator proc because it does Stack with the Achilles heel Proc. But I don't know the math for it.

As for Martial Arts, the alternate animations we have right now are mainly punches. The idea was to provide you guys with a way to make the classic, fights with their fists and feet, super-hero that many have been asking for. That includes a new animation for assassin's strike (Assassin's Blow?).

Well all around I would say Fire/Shield.
It as great ST damage almost the best, but the other is DM/SD and need to have everythign just right.
It as Good AoE, FSC with BU is awesome and add AAO and SC you should have great AoE.
With Soft Capped Def can go a long way. The only thing it lacks is a Self Heal which is not that bad if you have Soft Capped Def and good regen, or you can work in Aid Self. -

AdjustedCastTime = (8+1) * 0.132
AdjustedCastTime = 9* 0.132

when people ask for soloing AV I have 3 that come to mind.
DM/SD-If you have the Inf like 2 bill that it is the best.
It will have soft capped defense and a heal and does crazy damage.
The damage is also not a common Resisted type so you can solo a lot
of AVs.
DM/Sr while doesn't do as good as damage as a Dm/SD it can get to
the soft capped a lot easyer. It doesn't cost as much as DM/SD but
it is still not cheap. It as the same reason as DM/SD why it is
good soft capped Defense with a heal, and a damage that is not
common resisted so you can solo a lot of AVs.
Fire/SR- This is the cheap man AV solo. With Fire/SR you can get a
great attack chain with little help. /SR is not hard to soft capped
too. So that doesn't take a lot of inf to do. Again it is a damage
that is not resisted a lot so you can solo more AVs.
those are 3 of the best IMO, there are other that can do it too.

Apart from Spines being able to use the geometry from Thorns, and Thorns being able to use the geometry from Spines (both of which can be colored), there will be at least one other set of alternate geometry/FX.

See this is what I don't get. Attacking does build Fury, but it does it slow. Now Claws will build it faster then other yes, but still the best way to build Fury is being attack. Now that you can make you mish set for 8 you should never have issues with building Fury. -

Well Castle said they will still have the minimum sizes because it is a "warning labels" for new players.
So it doesn't look like it will happen this Issue, but who knows. -

Well I try to do this, but a Tank/Brute that I team with a lot is always in before me
Maybe that is why I like to play with him, he goes fast and it is hard to beat him into a group. He is one of the best Tanks I have ever play with. -

Not just that. /Elec as CP I don't see them leaving that in there while both Tankers and Scrappers can get it in their epic powers. -
Well for Customizable Powers Spines is in the list, but I don't know if that is just different colors are what.

There is only one outstanding wishlist item left for this to be a perfect game for me and that's account-wide inf/enh storage.
As it is, I think I'll be sticking around for quite a while just because of the difficulty scaler change.

Well it sucks it is just a little better then Spines at 103. Well that is what Billz as it at with just common IOs. -
The ST sucks!!
The hole set is really L-Rod IMO, other powers are OK but L-Rod is what makes the set. -

Seriously, though, to the best of my knowledge we won't be changing minimum sizes of TF's/SF's. The minimum sizes stand as "warning labels" to newer players that these missions are more difficult/time consuming/whatever than other missions. It's a small, but important function.
