You did post it but I'm at work so I can't use mids to see everything. Also accro is mag9 kb protection.

Beyond that I have a question concerning the build up proc in tactics. Does it just randomly proc while its active (this is what I would asssume) and, if so, is it worth the trouble? Also, where am I going to want to slot pvp sets? Thanks for the help.
[/ QUOTE ] Yes it does have a random chance of proc'ing but it's only a 5% chance. It could go off at anytime so that's very unreliable and not really worth it. I'd slot tactics with 5 adjusted targeting and put the +perception proc in the 6th slot. -
I can't look at anything atm but I wouldn't drop acro at all. With DR you should try to pick up alot of kb protection. You can still stack bonuses but +rech isn't quite as important. I'd shoot for +dmg, +hp and then +rech. I also prefer leadership over concealment for the +perc and +dmg.

I made a MA/Regen and after sewers, scanner mishs for temps and a Posi, he's 17. Surprisingly, I am really enjoying the toon and the two sets mesh well together. I was leveling a controller but I just might have to level this one first.
-
I noticed it. I'm sure 32% could be fine but I want to get the best of both worlds.
Anywho, I could rob the +end from Transference and stick it in hot feet with an end reduction in it. That way my end use comes down and really not lose anything. Transference is back up in less than 10seconds so I should be able to keep myself in end. -
Bah that's why I already ask who doesn't have quick reflexes. If you get down to it, since this will be a farming build, it's more for the imps than anything else. They'll be able to keep up faster this way.
I personally enjoy moving fast and the more speed the better. That's probably why 99% of my toons have SS and rarely turn if off. -
I've been debating on whether or not to turn mine into a farming fire/kin or not. It won't be hard to get together the sets but how's this look? I know alot of fire/kins take SS as the travel power but I prefer IR.

This should give you what you seek. Guide to Recharge
As for the second part, yes, getting a +rech buff while a power is recharging will make it recharge faster. -
Yes Fire Cages will stop things from getting kb'd. I don't have any high lvl Fire/ controllers but I know I use Bonfire offensively all the time on my Fire/ doms. I generally open with Flashfire then hit Cages+Bonfire and jump into melee with Hotfeet to quickly melt everything.
-
I love the new ;alakazamreact when I play a MM. Having all the pets turn into a bunch of random stuff is hilarious. With that being said, I still prefer a pumpkin emote to go along with the new version.
-
I bring out my Rad/Son defender every now and then on virtue but mostly I haven't been in zones over there. I could prolly roll something over on Freedom to PvP with.
-
I have experience with DM since I have a Dark/Fire brute and a SD/DM tank at 50 so I know DM is good.
I rolled the Fire/SD this morning and will get around to playing it soon. Now I think I have to roll several scrappers now...
I'll probably roll the DM/Regen but now the question is, what is a good secondary to go with Martial Arts? -
lol
I agree that Fire/SD would be good but I'm not sure I want to lvl another Shield atm. I've never leveled a /Regen past the mid 20's so that's why I was thinking of making one and sticking with it. I was at one point making a Fire/SD for a theme but I haven't done it yet. -
I've been pondering rolling another scrapper and I'm stuck on making it a /Regen. The only thing I can't figure out is the primary since I'm stuck between Fire/, Dark/ or Martial Arts/.
Fire/:
I know it doesn't add any survivability but it does have the dmg output so it may be a little riskier playing this combo.
Dark/:
It has the ST dmg plus tohit debuff and on top of it all another heal. DC does seem a little redundant but extra end is always nice. Soul Drain is an awsome power so that's a plus but I've already lvl'd a SD/DM tanker so I'm sorta reluctant to lvl another DM right now.
MA/:
I've never leveled one past lvl10 so I can't say but it does look interesting. It's got pretty good dmg plus mitigation.
So what are some other pro's/con's/suggestions that would help me make a decision?
Also don't suggest I roll all 3, I've got enough alts I need to lvl. -
I still fail to see the hardships of being on a team that runs regular content. Maybe I should start /bc'ing lft instead of making my own team. I do enjoy having teams with ppl that know what they are doing but of course that's not always an option.

I know they exist. Rikti with uniforms and armor that are different from the standard. Ones with splashes of red, for instances. Or the Gunmen with more green on their armor than usual. I only ever see them on Mothership raids. Why don't these Rikti show up in normal missions more often and break up the monotony?
[/ QUOTE ]
They are generally found in the Midnighter Arc missions, the Cape mission and occasionally in non-newspaper and non-RWZ missions where Rikti appear.
In the i10 beta, they were the Rikti who showed up in invasions and the other kind were the ones on the mothership. Then they were switched around just before open beta.

And they got rid of the Rikti Schoolgirls too.

Dammit!

And they were hawt too. -
I thought I saw him recently but on a different account.
