  1. I may be the only one, but it would be nice to see builds some times that don't have sets in them just IOs. It seems to me that showing builds with sets in them is really a post 40ish build. I am just coming back to the game after a looooong break and most of my toons could be respec'd now to get take advantage of the inherent fitness pool and travel powers at lvl 4 (told you it's been a long time).

Most of my characters can't come anywhere near affording the sets and wouldn't even have enough slots to use them if I could, talking about toons between level 20 - 40.

Anyways, I appreciate the link, I plan on going through the builds and seeing if I can get caught up on all the features (like alpha power?).
  2. Yeah shame on me for waking up at 3am on my day off to try to get some game time in.
  3. Ditto same message
Wrong game version, run patcher and reconnect, server 2150.201111031938.1, client 2151.201111120053.1
  4. 2 toggles with one key with one press.

    /bind v "+ $$powexectoggleon weave$$powexectoggleon tough"

This executes the first power when you the press the key and the second power when you release the key.

    Good luck
  5. Regarding the single shoulder capes, was it meant for those to be available before reaching level 20? I hav toons that are not 20 yet (from lvl 3 to 17) that have the option for the single shoulder cape.

If it is not meant to be theta way you may want to catch that rather quick.
  6. It really depends on the toon. However if Fly was a little faster, hands down would be my favorite.

I do like the jumpming on to things game too, glad I am not the only one.
  7. Your signature, is that from Shadowrun? (now I do feel old)
  8. I remember thinking I would have a lot more posts by now...pfft.

  9. I remember no "break free"s in the game.

One of my toons still has a the inspiration that was before them, it was pink, was it discipline?
  10. My Wife and I play, this is the only MMO she has played.
She won't even play CoV with me. But I am happy none the less.
  11. So I am curious, in your (Devs) vision, what role does the fire tanker play? And how should they accomplish that role? Wilth this change as it stands right now we cannot meet our damage resistance cap and cannot deal out effect damage. We also cannot resist hold or immobilizes or knockbacks.

Yes we can meet the damage cap if we take the fighting pool (which has been nerfed) and yes we can get combat jumping and acrobatics. However I was under the belief that the pool powers were put there to round out our characters and give them variety. Except now we are designed to that if we want to be able to perform out job efectively we must 2 if not 3 of the powerpools. If we do not take them who will want to group with a fire tankt that can't deal out damage or be a meat shield?

I can understand lowering our damage IF your raise our resistance. I can understand keeping our ressitance the same if we do more damage. However have us be able to neither puts in a class all it's own, I like to call it the Bystander AT.

I believe that for any hero to be effective they should not have to go to powerpool set. Everything shuld be available in the primary and secondary abilities to make a goodsuperhero.

Now please tell me if you disagree and why. I want to understand I really do.

Also, Why change both damage and recharge? Why not just change one of them? Changing both seems a bit extreme doesn't it?
