Not even that will avoid it as when you turn the XP back on again, the Patrol XP will still be there to be used. You can, at most, only delay for how long it will be applied.

I hate all things ski related and the ski courses. I hold a special hard, cold ball of congealed hate for whomever decided badges should be associated with "twitch reaction games" and is now responsible for another shock of white hair on my head.

There are already two travel powers for non-super powered people. They're called Swift and Hurdle, from the Fitness pool. Anything other than these and you're either Technological, Science or Magical origin* if you resort to inventions/gadgets/artefacts/other exterior sources of movement to move around.

*unless of course you're an alien and your natural movement capacity is whatever you choose for a Travel Power.

I don't use that set, but going from experience, I'd leave it as is... I hate all that fanning around when Sands of Mu misses... just a waste of time.

Nothing wrong with Patrol, it's the only one that is supposed to work everywhere.

As for the ones that supposedly give you 2 badges for 1 location, yes, that's how they worked in beta. But with a few rare exceptions, apparently, that's not how they were supposed to work in the first place. So I'd say it's not a bug but WAI (unless a redname wants to step in and set the record straight).

This along with sheaths has been asked many times before. I think it's on Jay's To Do list, but
