  1. Crashed just before the trial start, tried the "Join In progress event" and waited, waited waited...

    Guess this option just doesn't work at all ?

    And even when the problem is fixed, it keep asking location verification; right now I can't access to my account; it happened already 2 times since the "fix"...

    That is silly, I had a similar problem since it was my bro that bought my account in first place (and why I didn't had the right answers)

    My reset weren't about birthdate, maybe because I told them it was the Birth date that was bugged; I'd tell you to give them the last digits of your credit card too, it will probably help to prove your ID.
    And mention the error message you have when you try logging it.

    I know how worrying this can be but if you persevere, Im sure you'll got it fixed soon, don't give up.
  4. Finally the support team send me a mail to reset my password hints, Im delighted to continue to play on this moo, probably the best of all !

    Anyway, I want to support you guys, and here my advise; don't stop and continue to send mail to the support staff, with all the infos you can about the game, error messages etc...

    I hope you will be helped too and keep going on CoX like I will.

  5. Maybe we should create a new topic somewhere else, to get the dev's attention, because I have the strange feeling none of them even care about this here...

    14 MAILS SENT AND NO ANSWERS.

    What do they want more than all the informations I gave ? My shoe-size ? The name of my dog ?
    They messed up big time, new security update plus the Incarante system, guess what is their big priority, not their older customers it seems.

    Yes, Im pissed off now, lost my trust and getting fed up of it.
  6. A friend of mine said he had the same problem when he had to reactivate his account (his birthday date was wrong, I assume this "bug" come from NCsoft) he sent 10 mails until he finally got an answer and got password hints reseted.
    I just sent my 10th mail, hope to get finally somebody to reply and fix it too.

    Or else, I will post everyday until they awake...

    The thing that disappoint me in NCsoft, is that we don't even have a dev to speak about it on this forum or, at last, tell us they will fix it soon, like they'd really don't care about their older customers.

    Well, I hope they will not become like Sony Intercative, because it would really suck...
  7. I have one question; will we be able to ask help from EU techincal support, if we have a North American account ?

    Because So many people are locked out of their accounts right now, thanks for your "New Security Update on NCsoft Master Accounts", and your support staff just give NO answer or information about it, despite the number of tickets we send.

    Maybe the european team will really listen to your customers and help them ?
    Of course it's not like that I expect an answer here, just wondering...

    It then gives me a link to support in which it tells me how to submit a question about it and provide inside account information. I do that submitting red asterisked unnecessary stuff as well and it basically then sends me to a new account page.

    I havent bought from different locations.
    You are locked out of your account, like me, because the stupid new security update on NCsoft Accounts because a question about stuff we forgot several years ago.
    I sent myself 3 or 4 tickets with all the informations about my account, more than 2 weeks ago, and still, no answers from the Support team about how to fix it.

    Many people have the same problem, and I think many aren't aware yet ot it but will be in the same situation soon.
    I heard even people that answered the correct answers can't log in...brilliant update, really...
  9. So, NCsoft really doesn't care about the customers, or just don't believe them when they say they can't retrieve their passwords or old Mails ?

    Almost a month now since they "upgraded" their security update and still no answer or information about how to fix our problems...

    Maybe I will need to hack my own account to continue to play then...brilliant update indeed...
  10. I can't, like many people it seem, log into my account, because this New Security Update.
    I sent 2 or 3 times these infos :
    NCsoft master account name:
    First and last name:
    Physical Address:
    Date of birth:
    Serial codes/access keys:
    Unique Account ID(s):

    Except the last one, cuz my brother bought the account that I now own and pay myself, he couldn't give me the informations I need to log in, password hints, user ID etc...

    To make short, I sent ALL the informations I had, included the fact the credit card paying for the game for years now have the same Family Names, and still no answers at all, except a survey to ask me how the support fixed my problem (...)

    So, what's the thing with support ? We aren't even heard or what ?
    I can't buy addons or booster packs anymore, not to mention unable to renew my account if I need to.
    This security crap is really a BIG mistake, Im a longtime customer and didn't had to complain all these years, but this thing get on my nerves now.

    That's why I post here, I'll have at last the feeling that some people will be aware of it, even if it doesn't help...
  11. Geez, Vet rewards are more and more fake as we wait to get them.
    I mean, come on, first ones were great; costum parts, nice temps, base stuff etc...

    And now, in reward for these years of playing, they give us this "fake xp booster" that is just useless for any lvl50 characters ???
    That's what they call a VETERAN REWARD ?

    Don't tell me you want more this ridicule "xp booster" than stuff like Origins pack or Party pack, or even Character or Architect story slots; those would have been so much coolier vet rewards...
    But it seem they changed their mind and make us to pay for it and give us crap instead...

    Given the fact lvling is very fast and easy in this game, even one costum part would have been better...

    I understand people who'll love this reward, but frankly it would fit better a 3 months Vet than a 3 years one...
    I really love the game, that's why I talk not for complaining but to improve it, cuz the last Vet rewards are really disappointing.

    What will be the next ? A small inspi ?

  14. Why not add totally different travel powers, like, for the element AT, create a ice ramp, or a electric sliding, a tremor like? (travelling under the ground like a mole) or for scrapper a launch grappin like Batman or Daredevil used, and what about for tech, travel devices, like a flying disc, or roller skate, there are a lot of good thing that would make heroes more unique too; transform in water, climbing walls, with gravity powers, or sticking hands, elastic bodies, energy form to fly.
    In case you prefer to keep the standard travel powers, you could change some graphic; superspeed using slide, fly using wind to carry on the hero, possessing civilian, to go from body to another body, like a mind travel.
    Just some ideas...
  15. I agree with it, when mob get harder in a game, players tend to have challenge's feelings, instead hate they have about nerfs; that would be almost the same results in a way, but without making anger grow in people's hearts
