The Great Falcon!

Also known as, The Great Gray Falcon ^_^

Senior citizen silver age heroes for the win!

He may not be young, or built, but that profile is inspiring.

And I just love using that hood like this.

Night shot, not good for the colors in this scheme, but fitting for the character.

I will hash up a composite shot for him later, but wanted to post something now. Not going for the patriotic thing, so much as I was a classic, slightly more regal feel. Could not pull off everything I wanted, but decided to stay away from the spandex this time around ^_^

Heh, no, those were just personal rules I made for myself ; ) I find setting limits and goals for myself when making a costume helps the creative process along, and keeps me on track ^_^

Whoo, more imbalance that seems to look good, and probably the 1st entry that has a skin tone that is from the pallet. I'm looking at it right now and simply can't find a fault in the design. Everything in this costume seems to fit together. I have to say, well done.

Venomous Val
Spikes and stuff galore. In the sense that all the entries up until now have been quite traditional, this is a huge departure, and I like it. My only problems with this one is that chest emblem, which probably would've been better left off, and also the lack of a belt, which makes the transition between the top and bottom a little sudden, but that's no big deal. Overall, I really like this design as well.

Well, not like we really know much more about how they will play from just reading that blurb. I expect it is going to be something quite different in itself, and I find that interesting. The combos in dual blades are what make that set interesting to me, and the idea of new play styles is awesome.

Heh, yeah, not sure how many people did. There was a hole through the war wall in the very south west corner on Peregrine Island. You could wiggle through it, and walk all the way through to the edge of the map...and fall off it >_> It was pretty trippy being able to jump off the edge of the world too.

Any who, you could walk back under the main island, underneath the arena, and type /stuck. Which conveniently takes you to the nearest door, which happened to be in this giant room a couple hundred feet under the arena. After which, the only way out was a teleport from a friend on the outside, because this was way before veteran rewards, and base teleports ; )

The first time I moved a character to test...well, lets just say servers weren't the only thing she swapped >_>


There used to be an bug with certain ATI graphics, where a specific color combination (Green and purple) would cause the costume piece you put it on to vanish...And so, I created the floating skull!


Of course, any one with an Nvidia card could see me in my ugly green and purple spandex, but it sure looked awesome to me!

Another bug of old, the Malaise pants! Just a costume piece that was never meant to be available, but if you grabbed them before they patched it, you got to keep them ; ) Goozlegoom may not be epic, but at least he has some epic pants ^_^

Buh? Actually I was staring at the cartoon bum >_> Fantasy does not usually adhere to the same standards as reality, and that is why most people enjoy it so much. As escapists, we usually look for things that are as far removed from reality as they can get. With sexual fantasies, proportions and situations are more often taken to extremes, not just idealized figures. It is nothing new, and of course some people find these things attractive. Have you seen some of the comics and super heroes we have out there? This stuff sells!

For that matter, look at any glam or entertainment magazine, the adds in those are worse, if just because they mask their fantasy and try to sell it to us as reality : p

But then, I use .tga for my screenshots, as they are lossless, and I noticed the compression artifacts in jpg. So each file is 6.6 Mb. And I really haven't been as good about taking screen shots since I started recording with FRAPS, I didn't even think to get any stills of the Jade Spider or the Flier : p

All you really get is a yellow pulse with every heartbeat. Occasionally, with the regeneration one, you will get a green pulse when first coming in range of an enemy. And the defensive power has a sporadic full body pulse while moving. All yellow.

This is the final tier uber power >_>

All in all, even more laid back then Super Reflex's powers.
