I would be surprised if it weren't since Peacebringers and Warshades have the same mods for everything and are both listed as Kheldian in damage mod tables. Furthermore, the power is listed as doing 175.63 Smashing damage for a level 50 Blaster, as well. I lack level 50 Kheldians to test this with, but I'll see about throwing a few Nemesis Staff bolts from different ATs to check in person, when I get the time.
Antecdotal evidence is not enough to sway my case, of course, so if I really want to know, I will have to stop playing long enough to actually test it out.

OP, I have a small experiment for you to try. Roll up an /sr scrapper or brute heroside. Level them to 50. Spend the money to softcap them. Run around and do all sorts of epic stuff for awhile. Tank AVs. Laugh at 8-man spawns. Enjoy the feeling of being almost unkillable.
Then take a trip to the shadow shard. Find a good size group of rularuu that includes a few of the giant eyeballs. Go try to kill them and see how long you survive without using any inspirations.
Then come back and tell me there's no kryptonite in this game.
To be a little less tongue in cheek, nearly every character in this game already has something that they are weak to.
My softcapped fire/sr scrapper as I mentioned gets shredded by anything that has large +tohit buffs, and attacks which do not have a positional component (I'm looking at you mind control).
My stone/fire tank has some pretty serious problems with psi damage.
My NRG/NRG blaster has trouble going up against enemies who have KB protection.
My earth/fire dom has problems going up against enemies who have mez protection. -

Just wanted to reinforce that, other circumstances notwithstanding, veteran and temporary powers ignore AT modifiers and use their own static ones. Hence why they're comparatively more useful to, say, a Defender than a Blaster - a Blaster's own damage overshadows the power, whereas a Defender's low damage mod makes it seem stronger. -

Strangely enough, neither Marchand nor Scott will give you any prompts for undercover missions unless you're introduced to both contacts, like Mr. G and Interrogator Kang in Imperial City for Loyalists. So you have to accept both missions from Marchand to get his undercover prompts. You don't have to go and meet both contacts, but you do have to accept the mission from Marchand/Scott to get the undercover dialogue.
Try that and see if it works. -

So basically you sacrifice some favorite costume to outfit the newer shiny costume. Wish the booster packs would include an *extra* costume slot. -

I mean most of his edicts made no sense to me, and OMD/BND was the straw that broke Hulk's back for me. I have not purchased any Marvel comics since then, and I refuse to until OMD/BND is retconned. -
Iron Man looks no different. He could easily look like that in the comics right now.
Wolverine looks dumb.
Thor was not impressive, nor the Quicksilver.
Spider-Woman's anatomy looked old or off.
Over all I did like the looks of most of the characters, and I did like the concept. I just feel that some of the characters needed a bit more work. -
Several years ago I mentioned the idea that the devs should put all the Arachnos helms in a pack to sell for Kids Play, the charity organization. It would cost them little, and it would be good PR on both sides of the fence. Boy, some of the player base were vehemenent against it.
Over all I am fine with booster packs. The Party Pack was a joke, and it deserved to fail. To take content out of an expansion, and try to charge for it not even a month later, is pretty damn low for marketing. I am glad it failed.
Sadly, I think the low sales of it may have contributed to the lay offs as well.
For what I would buy?
:Alternate colors/animations of powers.
:Epic ATs. If they are cost along the same lines as regular boosters, or cheaper, and it unlocks on all servers unlimited.
:A weapons costume piece pack
:A pack for Kids Play that unlocked a bunch of in game alternate costume pieces account wide, such as the Roman stuff.
:More costumes! I would prefer that they have some fun emotes and play powers as well
:Liefeld pack! (Ok maybe I would not buy that. I am not a fan of his art lol. I am sure many players here would like to be covered in more pouches than a marsupials wet dream.) -
I have no interest in soloing AVs/GMs either. I have no issue with those that do, other than that gives the devs the wrong idea as to what needs to be balanced. The amount of tweaking necessary, or choosing just the right AT with the right power sets, makes this a hopeless idea.
Now, I have found some EB's to be impossible, and some to be easy. Over all I like the challenge the EBs give to me. Clearly some ATs and some power sets work better than others. -

You can only report to the side you started as in the tutorial. If you chose Loyalist at first, you should be able to call Marchand while doing Resistance arcs*. If you chose Resistance at first, you should be able to call Scott while doing Loyalist arcs*.
You cannot (no matter what other people tell you; unless this gets patched, they're just wrong) report to someone whose side you switched to later. That choice you make in the tutorial is more important than the game tells us.
*Offer does not apply to Power and Crusader arcs in Nova Praetoria.
We still had the problem that when we tried to call, he just sent us on the "Go meet so and so" mission. -

What COle offers, on the surface, is a grand thing. Health, prosperity, and protection, as well as peace. What people are willing to do for their own versions of those things, including Cole, is down right ugly.
As I post this I am considering all the real world points of view, but I am not going to bring those up. I am going to say that the political propaganda needs to stop or the mods will do something about this thread. -

Apparently I misunderstood something somewhere. My Warden helped Cleopatra stop the hospital bombing and later stopped the threat against the water treatment plant. Granted, in the end that meant he switched from Responsible Loyalist serving undercover as a Warden back into a Responsible Loyalist, but by then it was time to head off to Primal Earth anyway.
As I said, I may be confused about what's what. I have run four characters through Praetoria from 1-20. Three of them ran the complete Warden/Responsibility storylines in parallel. Two of three reported to Marchand at every opportunity while the third reported to Scott. The fourth character, which was the first one I made, ran primarily the Warden storyline except for a couple of times where he stumbled into the Responsibility storylines quite by accident. He never switched between Resistance and Loyalist and as a result was never able to "report" his activities to one side or the other, but only because he never had Marchand available as a contact.
One of my Undercover loyalists stumbled into Mother's little ditty of a story. That woman completely freaked me out, which was, of course, the clear intent. They had just finished helping free the Seers, too, which made the whole experience even more awkward.
Beautiful writing, Paragon Studios. Absolutely beautiful. You have carried the franchise into literary heights that Cryptic never would have dared attempt.
Edit: Let me be more precise. Everytime the option to call either has come up, they tried to send us to meet a new contact. I am hoping there is more to the "call them at this time" than that idea. -

- obviously a non-biological machine? (example: rip off a robot's arms vs ripping off a human being's arms)
- biological, but nonhuman in appearance? (example: it looks like a giant mosquito vs looking like a green-skinned supermodel)
- so alien you can't identify what would be vital or not? (example: you can't tell whether you'd do the equivalent of a gut-punch or a larynx-crushing throat smash)
