Hi,
My friend and I both made Empathy/Sonic Attack defenders to dual box together. So far, we have gotten to level 9. Here's what we have so far:
1: Healing Aura
1: Shriek
2: Scream
4: Howl
6: Swift
8: Combat Jumping
We're not planning on picking up Heal Other, Absorb Pain, or Resurrect. I read that for dual-boxing these characters, the only heal you need is Healing Aura because you'll have two people using it.
I'm looking for a build that goes along with what we have so far. We're looking for Super Jump in the high 20s because we'll be getting a raptor pack.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! -
Hi!
Thanks for the guide! I read the whole thing and learned a lot from it.
I'm going to roll a Katana/Dark scrapper. Do you have a build that I could take a look at? I'm trying to make one for myself but I'm not very good at making builds -
I'll probably make a DA/Ice and a DA/Fire and see which I like better.
-
Quote:My DA tanker went for /Ice. Since I planned on being primarily a team oriented tanker, I went for control. Also, I had never played /Ice before.
Stun heavy sets like Mace and Stone may also have some synergy with Dark Armor.
How do you like your DA/Ice as for as soloing? I think that I might actually do 70% soloing and 30% teaming. Would it be good for soloing? I don't want to have the Ice Melee take me long to kill a group. -
I don't know if Stone Melee is for me. I don't want a slow, heavy damaging set. I'd rather have more fast paced attacking. So it's probably between /Dark, /Ice, or /Fire. Can anyone persuade me more to go to one of those?
-
I want to make a Dark Armor tank, but I'm unsure of the secondary to go with. This will be purely PvE and will be for mostly teaming with a little bit of soloing here and there.
I have a lot of /Fire or Fire/ toons, so I'm not sure if I would want to go with Fire again. But I know that it's a great set for the AoE and just overall damage.
I have never really tried Dark Melee, and I'm not sure how good it is.
I would be interested in trying Electrical Melee too.
I'm not sure how great Ice Melee is as far as damage, but I do really like Ice powersets in general.
I would actually be interested in trying whatever is best to pair with DA. I'm looking to go rip right through a group. -
For the MA build, I'm just looking to make sure I'm taking the powers I should get and that I'm getting them at the right time. If you have a build that has the IOs, it would be great if you could post that for me so I can see what I need to get.
The Spines build is someone else's build that I thought was good, so I'm using that. -

Mostly for teaming and some soloing. Any help? Thanks.

Thanks for all your help guys. I think I'm going to make a MA/Fire but also continue playing the MA/Regen as well, and that way I can see which I like better. I want a good balance of damage potential and survivability. I really like all the Fire powersets, since I have a level 50 Fire/Kin and a 30 Fire/Fire tanker (who I might start using again).
Anyone have a build for a MA/Fire scrapper? I will probably team most of the time, but I will do a good amount of soloing. I need a relatively cheap build. My playing style: I like to kill as quickly as possible, while still maintaining good health and endurance. I like going straight in to groups and attacking from there. -
I already have made a MA/Regen, but I'm not sure if it would be better to make a /Fire or /Shield instead. I know of MA's AoE issue, so I was thinking /Fire or /Shield could be a good secondary. I have a build for /Regen, but if you recommend Fire or Shield Defense instead, it would be great if you could also provide a build! Thanks.

Does Bright Nova form automatically come to you when you make a peacebringer?

I am wondering about the cape mission. I know that before i have to fight everyone, I have to talk to the contacts. My question is should i talk to the contacts first and then recruit a team to fight with? Or should I just recruit a team to come with me to the contacts and to fight?
