Pick it back up, they didn't say anthing about vehicles for PCs. -
They have said the difficulty currently in the game is a bug.
The missions will go back to a lower difficulty after the fix is finished. -

Thing is, I'm already going to have to jump through hurdles to defeat Sky Skiffs, Warwolves, BP Spirits, and any other enemy groups that aren't common in street hunting.

Wow, last time I checked, badges weren't mandatory. I think it's funny that the powergamers zoomed to the top, complaining all the way about lack of content and that it was too easy, and now they're complaining about content they missed while they were powergaming.
I'm laughing my butt off!

Not that I'm trying to defend powergamers here, but technically they didn't pass the badges up since they were not in the game at the time. I'm only a lvl 19 Scrapper and I'm not a power gammer. I didn't have the badge for the Hellions or the Skulls so I went into the sewers (no one is ever in there) to work on my Skulls, Hellions, The Lost, and Vahz badges. Now I just tore around the sewers killing the mobs I needed. I didn't by pass getting the badge before as there was no badge to get. Just like I didn't by pass getting the Isolator Badge as there was (at the time I made my character) no Isolator badge to get.
HINT: Embaled are easy if you can find a spawn with lots for morts in it just kill the mob then let the morts bring it back. -

This just in from the U.S. Military Central Command:
The United States Military will take no active hand in the defense of Paragon City as the inclusion of soldiers may hamper the abilities of some of the more powerful heroes.
Any hero who is currently serving in any status for the Federal Government will not be released from their current duty in order to assist the people of Paragon City.
As before, Federal Employees and those serving in the military are to preserve their "secret identity" and hero only on their personal time.
