I would have thought the Hulk is your favorite comic to read, what with the pants ripping. As close to a pantless superhero we are ever going to get! At least, male superhero.

Ah, the "play it by ear" Batman.

Hard to get him to commit to anything, but when he shows up to the party, you know it is going to be a good time.
  3. Now we are going to get Batman vs. Batman debates with a whole lot of planning involved.
  4. So was the downfall of the dinosaurs coupled to the rise of MMA in their culture?
  5. So basically Bruce and Dick are going to become Homer and Krusty from the episode when Homer attends Clown College?

I wanted to discuss some of the spoilers I read in that very same article regarding S2 when you Tweeted me about Dianna's promo pics, but decided against it

EW is something of a family tradition when I was growing up, so I carry it on for my future kids

Gotta love opening the magazine to the opening section with the photos and seeing and reading those unwanted spoilers!
  8. I have read that this upcoming season of Dexter will not feature him contending with another serial killer.
  9. I think the best way to sum up the Kilborn years versus the Stewart years is that during the K years, The Daily Show was more or less spoofing the local news, with Kilborn acting as the aloof, egotistical local anchor. In the S years, the show is more or less spoofing the network news, with Stewart acting as the outraged news anchor (and turning the show into a more politically charged program).

Oh, and points to anyone that recognized the outfit they wore.
Well, duh, it was their outfit from Sectionals!

Also, I like how the prize money was 1,205 dollars. Just enough money for tickets and a sub from Subway!
  11. I would so like it if you wrote it as Wallace Wells. His snark + your snark = comedic goldmine!
  12. So you actually did start a topic about how to avoid debates!
  13. Why not say in the intro that Scott (who I assume would be the contact) is taking you into a world which he created? Or at least heavily imply that the story, as it unfolds, is really masterminded by Scott and not "Fate" or even Gideon.

  15. Like I said, Malcolm David Kelly looks like a completely different person, even from what I remembered from his cameo in Season 5.

I will always think the "Hurleybird" mystery and whining was the most asinine aspect of complaining about Lost and when Dr. Chang mentioned the "hybirds" and the cheesy special effect of the covered cage occurred, I was laughing out loud. That's where I got most of the FU feeling, as if TPTB were like "You want an answer to this? It was really inconsequential. We are going to make it as ridiculous as can be and still have it make sense." I enjoyed it

I got all the commentary in it, and was pretty disgusted by the character, though not surprised.

I was just avoiding all that and saying the truth. The schmuck deserved a beat down for nearly killing civilians and heroes alike.
I was being sarcastic. Forgot the

It is basically the easiest what to make that sorta commentary and comes across as somewhat lazy. At least, in my opinion.

Let us know when it is done!

You should include a clue in the first mission about defeats leaving coins
  18. I am disappointed that Lost didn't win anything. Not because I am a fanboy (I am), but because now critics of the show and its final season are going to take this as proof that the final season "was the suxx0rs!" I didn't want another excuse for them to write articles on how much they disliked the resolution.

I am glad that Modern Family won. I love Glee, but it is a hot mess. Modern Family is like a honed piece of humor machinery.
  19. You see it is ironic and social commentary when someone in the military turns against a hero for the good of the USA and humanity.
  20. Here's some potential problems with blowing up buildings like that to get rid of zombies:

-You are destroying infrastructure. How many buildings do you need to firebomb like that to get rid of the Zeds in a city like New York? Las Vegas? War is hell sometimes, but people in charge would be very hesitant to destroy their own buldings. Especially when the opponent is not fighting back with like tactics. If you can accomplish the same with minimal damage to your own surroundings, that would take precedent, I would imagine.

-It is a potential morale destroyer. Post cleans up, when the world would be ready to take the offensive, it would potentially be depressing if the public saw landmarks they may be familar with (no famous landmarks, but if you are from Houston and you see Houston buildings going down, you won't feel much better) go down.

So yes, it would be fun to see zombies get destroyed that way, but from a real world perspective, I can see that being a last resort sorta thing.

There is some Eisenberg hate building, mainly because some people view him as Cera-lite. I will say this about Jesse, he picks more varied roles, case in point, the upcoming Facebook movie. He seems to want to branch out a bit more than Cera currently is.

Was that an actual documentary? I read some reviews saying it was a docu in the spirit of Spinal Tap in that it was really put upon and that the girl and Cera weren't really dating in real life.
