This weekend's arcs were a fun menagerie of well-crafted stories with primal custom enemies.

Evil Robot Animals... took the prize for BEST CUSTOM BEASTS. This fun, 1 mish, challenge arc was light on story but I think we all agreed that anyone who can actually make a FROG in AE deserves a special recognition. Warning: while the customs are awesome, they are also very challenging. Bring a team or your Scrapper.

The Gypsy Chronicles is a fast-paced, story-driven arc that builds up to its beastie-ness. You'll get so caught up in the characters and rhyming predictions that you forget it's a beast-theme until you're surrounded by teeth, fur, claws and teamed up with the coolest owl since Bubo.

Eclipse Over Paragon has nothing to do with sparkly vampires or rock-hard abs and has everything to do with being pure awesome. This arc was, paws down, the King of the BÆSTS! With meticulous ties to CoH canon, memorable characters, and creative beastly customs, this arc easily eclipsed the rest.

I haven't tested it, but they should still count toward crafting badges.

We've all been there: you're in the middle of a crafting session and you run out of salvage. So, what do you do?

Go to the auction house and pay inflated prices? No, you go to AE and spend tickets to buy the salvage you need.

But then you have to travel allllll the way back to your base, a University, or the RWZ just to complete your crafting!!

Wouldn't it be "super" if you could buy your salvage AND craft your recipes in the same place?

The next time you need to reload on salvage, simply fire up arc #487283, Crafter's Cafe, and explore this non-combat, 1 mission arc...complete with usable Invention Tables!

EDIT: As noted later in this thread, you do not get credit towards the Field Crafter badge when using the invention tables in this arc. It's not a bug, it's due to the anti-badge farming code put into AE. Also, it has been reported that you cannot craft the Lost Curing Wand in the café. Attempting to craft it will delete your salvage and not reward the wand, leaving you unable to complete the following mission. I suggest you stick with crafting IOs for personal use or selling

We've all seen this before. Every time 2 superteams meet they have to fight. Then later they resolve their differences and team up to fight a greater evil!

What people should really be worried about is the 'as yet to be seen' greater evil...Real Life Super Villains!!

In anticipation of the upcoming Beast Booster Pack, I'm looking for arcs to play next week that feature/focus on custom enemy groups that are "Beasts" or "Anthropomorphs" created pre-booster!
