    Help!
  2. I've been having this exact same problem. For some reason, the crashes are worse on my villains than on my heroes -- my 50 SS/Will brute has been virtually unplayable, with the game crashing any time I open my contacts list and frequently crashing when entering combat.
  3. Defenders get -12.5% damage with chem rounds. Since the debuff can stack up pretty fast, it's actually rather impressive in practice, especially if your primary is DR or healing heavy.

    Noble Savage

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say that Noble Savage is a mess.
