I am close to the soft cap right now so Shadow Meld is probably not an option either for me. I am still leaning toward BoL for the extra AoE damage but Waterspout and Hibernate does sound like a good combo too. Does Waterspout do knockback?

Whats crazy about it is, as racy as it seemed it still seemed a little to kiddy for me.

Shadow Meld is a nice option that I didnt concider. Elude on the other is something that i have thought about and decided I can do without.

Im looking for a lill help picking my last 4 powers on this build. I am leaning toward getting MU mastery for Ball of Lightning and that will take up 2 powers. After that I might take Manuvers and Assualt so I can get closer to the defense soft cap. If I dont MU for BoL then I was thinking about Tough and weave along with hasten. I have no intention on PVP with this toon and I might IO the toon out for global rec or def. I havent made my mind up yet. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. The current build is listed below.

Dark melee and stalkers got a damage buff a while back. The changes to Siphon Life and Midnight Grasp in Dark melee with the ability to crit outside of hide made it the best single target set stalkers have. Stalkers do random crits and crits on demand so unless you have a brute with full fury its gonna be hard to compare brute damage to stalker damage depending on the secondary.

I have both and both are good. As a stalker you will not have some of the popular powers from both sets but you will be able to pick your fights whenever you want and you will will be at the hp cap without accolades or IO bonuses. You also will have 2 heals that will help alot also.

Tried out EM/ELEC and ELEC/ELEC tonight. Must say, EM/ was the better PvP primary, but I had more fun with ELEC/.

So far, at least for PvP...

1) AID SELD needed. However even with 3 (THREE!!!) INTRED in it, I couldn't get it off that often.

2) KB resist is either not present, or so weak it might as well not be there.

3) S/L resist seems weak. Might need to grab tough.

4) I really feel like every power should be grabbed from /ELEC. This isn't a bad thing tho, as it is our secondary and I've always believed we should want to grab all our Primary/Secondary (not that we could, but we should want to).

5) Glad I took stamina.

All I can say is wow. I played a ss/ele, ele/ele and a em/ele. I like the ss/ele best. I had no problem with knock up or knock back. I had 2 interupts in aid self and i had a pretty ok time using it. I had tough so s/l didnt really bother me that much. I dont like the crash from the tier 9 power in ele but i dont have experience with unstoppable so i guess I have to practice to manage it. But as of right now im gonna pass on it. All in all I pretty much dominated what I fought except a sonic blaster and kat/sr scrapper duo(they kicked my [censored] even though i dropped the blaster) and anything with fear. Fear sucks!

Are you suppose to drain and recover end with all attacks or just a few? And if you use enough endurance modifications will that end the the need for endurance reduction enhancements?
