This is as good a place to put this, as any:
I checked in a few Hurricane changes today that QA is going to look at. In Theory, these changes should mean that for PvE, Hurricane acts Exactly as it did before the previous change, while in PvP, it should act exactly as it does currently. Hopefully this change will get a green light from QA -- I've spent quite a bit of time on it over the last few days.

I'm so happy about this nerf. Now melee has a chance to hit stormers. Hurricane was the new Instand Healing. A power that made you untouchable. Hopefully this nerfs works well, otherwise I hope they chop it some more. If anything it should have been made into a click like Instant Healing.

Absolutely untrue. Anyone with a ranged attack or a ranged hold automatically has a way past Hurricane, and thanks to the epic power pools there is not a single character past level 40 that does not have to option of picking up one, or more likely both, of those things.
Secondly there were plenty of ways to get past Hurricane with melee attacks and all it takes is one stun or toggle drop to defeat all of a Storm Defenders defenses. -
I wish I could say I was surprised, but Im not, just very, very, very disappointed. Something is wrong in this game, I have played a lot of MMOs for many years and I have never seen the kind of wholesale nerfing I see here at every turn.
Patches are not defined by the new content they bring but the capabilities that they take away -

That is just silly. Either increase this by at least a factor of 10 or remove the defense entirely. And once again let me make the case for actually providing us with the numbers to all powers in game. While I understand that you have some sort of altruistic reason for not wanting to do so having things like this in the game without telling anyone is just absurd. If you are not going to hand out the numbers then making sure all reasonable slotting combinations provide approximately the same benefit is imperative, because by taking away our (and especially the casual players) ability to make informed decisions you assume the responsibility of assuring that our uninformed decision are viable.
And here we have a case where it would clearly be better to spend those slots on ANYTHING else. Five slots to get 0.765% (1.265% - 0.5%) defense is insane in any power much less a power from the primary line in a tanker set! Yet there is NO WAY in game for someone to know that slotting this power is the same thing as throwing those slots away.

Is this per mob or total. If it is after hitting 14 enemies then it too is insanely low, and once again without the numbers we are left to guessing... I hope you understand why we want the numbers, because whatever youre trying to do now by not having them is not working. -

Thank you for the answers so far, one quick, two part, question though. There is a bug with the Tornado AI where it will frequently move next to a target and just sit there not doing anything. Is this a know issue and are there plans to address it any time soon?

I know you cannot make everyone happy but sense the stuns were taken out I have found the game to be about exactly where I want it. I enjoy the new outcasts and having them be different from the hellions/skulls is a lot of fun.
