  1. My SD/Stone is lvl 39 by now, much more fun than my SD/Fire and my Elec/Elec, so i decided to concentrate only on him in the next Weeks. Now it's time to decide which way to go and which Inventions to buy. Problem is that Stone has so much nice Powers that i want to keep them all and i want a Travelpower. How to make room for this all without skipping essential other Powers? The only Way i see is to skip the Fighting Pool. 3 Powerslots with 2 End-Heavy Toggles. ATM i have turned Tough off anyway and doing fine with all the Damage-Mitigation. Without the Fighting Pool i have to use more + DEF-Sets and can't use many Sets with +Res/HP/End/Recharge. So i played around a bit in Mid's to find a Way. I think there is many Room for improvements in this Build. I don't know if i really need Grant Cover and OwtS, at the Moment i run without them. Should i take other Powers like Build Up/Conserve Power instead? Conserve Power -> nice, the Toon is very End-Heavy. Having Build UP+Shield Charge up at the same time for more Damage and Accuracy-> also nice, but i have already 2 Build Up-Procs in the Build.

    Would be nice to tell me what you think about that and if you see any Room to tweak the Build a bit (more End, HP or so) feel free to change it.

    P.S. I used lvl30 IOs in this Build, cause i can take most of the Sets out of some of my other Toons. IO-Range 26-35. The one free Slot i can use for another Endproc in PP or for Build Up, if i take it instead of Grant Cover.

  2. THX, for the advice. Here is a new Try. Instead of Body Mastery i took Air Sup+Fly for more Def, more mobility and one Attack more in the Single Target Attack Chain.

    the spine/wp scrapper starts off very squishy but it becomes a force to be dealt with.
    THX. I play mainly Tanks atm, there CJ is one of my standardpowers, so i took it ´without thinking about it. No CJ means room for another usefull power:-)


    P.S. The Char is lvl37 now, slotted with common IOs. She loves to play x/x8 mishs, but she dies many times. I tested the Toon yesterday evening and yes, the survivability is not good enough. The main reason was the slow recharge of the Powers, i had to wait too often for the Powers to recharge and that killed the tank of the toon. That was the Reason for me to create a build for her with better recharge and survivabilty.

    The Goal is to find a Build for her with no real waiting times in fight and downtimes btw. the Fights and enough survivabilty to solo x8 Mishs.

  5. OK, i tested the softcapped Build from the first post in some Radiomishs with x8. Then i turned maneuvers off, after that i turned Weave off to see how it performs with 42% and 38% Defence. I found 38% enough, so i can go with a bit more offense and taunt. After that i checked Wentworth and my Wallet. This is now the build that i will use. Defence ~38%, Taunt, Fire Sword+Shield Charge, enough End+Regeneration.

  6. Thx for the infos @Streetcleaner, that helps a lot.

    On my Mainbuild i have Shield Charge, but on my Server there are many teams with a lot of Damage but without any heal. I had the idea of using my secondary build for this kind of Teams. >60sec Recharge+heavy endcosts, i don't really know if it's really that better than going without it till lvl32 and having much better defence. Mmmmh, it's not easy.

    Maybe it's the better Way to use only 1 Build so i will mule some hundred millions INF to this toon to get it near softcap without gimping its Offense. Here are my Suggestions. Build 1 is the cheaper with more offense+less defence which i planned to use before. Build 2 is the new Build, a bit more expensive and comes with Taunt instead of Fire Sword.

  7. This is my alternate Build, my LVLing Build is a bit more offensively minded. I want to switch to this build when pure tanking is needed. I have a Question about my lvl10 Power, what do you think makes more sense: Maneuvers, True Grit, Taunt or Fire Sword. Without Maneuvers the DEF is at 42,3% Melee/Ranged/AOE, with Maneuvers 45,9%. The Toon reached lvl27 last evening so the order of the Powers doesn't matter. And the 2. Question. As SD-Tank with only positional Defence, which kinds of NPCs should i try to avoid?

  8. Thanks, i will make some changes and post the build then. I don't have that much experience with mid's and it's still a problem for me to find the bests sets for my purpose and keeping the costs <1b. So it might take some days.

    That's it...in this order. HP/S and survivability are my primary objects +recharge would be also nice. I team ~60% and being a bit more of unbreakable gives me a more superhero-feeling, when i solo the rest of my playtime.   10. Hello, need a bit help on my toon. I played COH back in 2005 and came back this year. My new Toon is lvl27 now. Up to now i did use normal Enhancements. I thought of switching to some lvl30 Sets now to make levelling easier and faster. I have 1 respec so i can change Slots and Powers. Cause i have no lvl50 Toon, i don't have so much money ~150m and don't have much experience with Mid's and IO-Sets.

    Now my Questions:
    Are the Powers O.K.? Makes it sense to use IO-Sets on my level and is it possible with my 150m? Which Sets should i use for more Survivability, Accuracy and Recharge? What would you do? This is my current build:
