I can't wait to cross over to the red side. =)

"Don't make me get my stalker." (That's a personal favorite of mine.)
"Is that all you're gonna do is slow me down so your team can kill me?"
"F*** you Artifice."
"Come down here and fight."
"1 v.s. 1 in arena?" (Coming from a tank.)
"You can't even hurt me, you just debuff me so you're team can kill me."
"If you KS me again, I'm gonna switch sides."

MMs do fine in PvP. My Thugs/TA, back when I played, did quite well in cutting through people solo(With the exception of the sturdier ATs, they took longer), as well as holding my own against full teams granted I was on my toes.
It all depends on how the MM is built, who's controlling the MM, and what the MM is up against. -

I really hope you rethink the PvP changes, guys.

Ya know, when they first introduced the changes, I hated them, but I told myself that I would wait until the "final product" on live before deciding whether or not I should move on to another game.
With all of the feedback given to the devs, it's quite hard to see that they pushed it forward in it's current state. While I won't sit here and bash the issue like the more vocal PvPers have, I will say that these changes totally pushed me in another direction, and that's away from CoH.
I started CoH the day i11 was dropped, and I really wasn't into the game as much, until I stepped foot in a pvp zone and I was "ASSASSIN STRIKED!" for the first by some random guy while I was superspeeding around. The first thought that came to mind was "Oh [censored]!" but ever since then, it's been the PvP that kept me coming back.
This "PvP 2.0" as some call it, should have stayed in beta much, much longer, but oh well, nothing I can do about that now can I?
With that being said, I'd like to thank Coh/CoV for being such a great game, but it is indeed time for me to move on. -
Pain Dom, looks sick.

I was on a team with an emp that said, "I'm only Forting/CM'n the Blaster and Tank, seeing that they have the highest team priority". After that statement, I politely asked for the star, and kicked the Emp-Tard.

When I used to play Star Wars: Jedi Knight 2, no one ever trash talked to me. I don't know if that's still the case, but it was nice back then when it came out.

It wasn't massive, but it was multiplayer on-line- you didn't have to worry much about people shouting insults or gloating for two main reasons - the pace was too fast, and aside from personal skill levels, all players were on the same level, having access to the same weapons and running around with the same attributes. Just like Counterstrike or Source, even the worst player could kill you when given ample opportunity.

Heh, I used to play that game as well, on a more competitve level that is. Though the game had quite a few below par players, there were ALOT of skilled players who wouldn't even die to lets say some randomer. Dual Blades ftw! -

But once Villains get their hands on the uber PvP Sets, it still won't really balance PvP. The cries of "The Devs hate Villains" will change to "The Devs hate Electric; The Devs hate Plant; etc...."

No way. Everyone knows that the devs just love the Red side. Just look at the way things are now as proof. -
I was really looking forward to the Power Prolifs, but once again it seems as if the Heroes get spoon fed, while the villains have to sit behind a gated fence and get their scraps passed under. God I can't wait until champions is out.
gg devs.
