Or better yet, do the masks near the DA gate at night and DE emanators just north of the gate during the day. Two of the harder kill X badges. Make sure you bring mez protection for the DE (or be high enough level that you don't care)

Anecdotally:
Miss T (Lvl 50-Grav/Emp) has perma-hasten, one-slotted AB (recharge) and can perma-AB, though the overlap is not long.
