    No thank you, honestly bud I think you should just focus efforts on making this league work and not trying to start a second one. It simply will divide available players. which based on this thread seems its a fairly thinly spread group as it is.

    Just going to respond to that here. Thanks and all, its a good suggestion. I'm not entirely sure what the other teams situation is that you suggested and what not. But, as our team was essentially wolf, asher and I we only were actually short 1 week where technical issues and some miscommunication left it with just me that day :/ other two team members are friends that said they'd make it when they could make it. which was fine as it was just 3 minimum that we needed.

    I think were all still done. I am for sure. If anyone is looking for more members try contacting tungsten wolf or asher talos. I think they feel the same way I do about the whole situation with the league and are mentally checking out of this game and we did discuss whether we wanted to continue in the league or not before actually saying we weren't going to. but they may or may not be interested in joining someone else I can't speak for them though.

    We all will certainly be around in game, but in a more leisurely way, prolly pop up in KBs and what not, on ur TFs killin ur AVs etc as we still enjoy the social aspects of this game... The league was simply causing more frustration than fun for us. good luck, to the rest of you still keeping an eye on it personally.

    then why aren't they banning Temp pets or all temps also? 24 people launching 1-2 EB level pets is a huge balance shifter as well... 24 people just turn in to 48-72

    not saying your wrong. just seems if thats what they were testing then they would want to eliminate anything that would effect how the players needed to handle the trial...
  7. ok I don't get how this is an exploit. Its a temp power that is a tool given to players to make hard tasks easier(possible?). If it was allowing people to do something unintended for the CoP that should have been taken into consideration when designing the damn trial. Are you banning Nukes from all TFs and trials? will you ban them from hami/MS raids also?

    If its something else that's exploity about the nukes on the trial. can you please figure out a fix that doesn't ban them...

    where they would then change their line up as well... then your stuck with what ever you pick for that.

    well being registered under 2 team names with the same global isn't unheard of for some formats I've seen. But your right, the wait period for switching would suggest you can't I suppose.

    well that and the simple realization that you can't actually play your self should your 2 teams be scheduled to fight each other... didn't think about that at first, sorry.

    still, some specification on it wouldn't be a bad thing. at the very least to avoid this stupid question ever again ;p

    Seriously tho... theres Tons of Combos...


    My current favorite is Spine/fire scrap for blue and Fire/shield brute for red.

    But Ive used...
    Fire/kin corr and troller
    Ice/Fire/fire tank
    Bot/Traps/mu MM
    Archer/EM blaster
    all work very well against the right mobs... Tank being the best all around one and MM as the most unique and fun to play IMO, and the archery/em isn't the most optimized AoE toon but Rain of Arrows is pretty incredible with aim+BU.

    but...
    I will say on a team. My fire/kin corr with its FS'd and scourging RoF+Fireball combo is just awesome. and in the truest sense of the the word. and what team doesn't like a kin? just pick up an AoE immob from your patron and your good to go.
  25. Well... my 2inf.

    I have a sonic/sonic defender that was intended for pvp when I created him and was fun for the time up until 80% of the build became worthless with the i13 changes. but thats a different story.

    Honestly the set has always felt really lackluster. I can't deny that it significantly improves the teams damage and survivability. But I fight with my blue bar more than I fight enemies. so as far as fun sets go... this is on the low end of the totem pole.

    so I'm on board with the the end reduction to disruption field. closest version of that power on any other set is Rad enervation field which has the same end cost but also debuffs damage. seeing as this power only has 1 effect and can be left on a target that (hopefully) doesn't die. the .52/sec end use seems more reasonable.

    yeah Liquify is a great power... but the 300 sec recharge just makes the power really dull. as its the most fun to use but is up every 5 mins (slotted) 150 base seems more reasonable. thats at least every other fight(every fight with IOs or hasten) that or make the Hold 10 second base... or round up to 5 at least lol...

    um... does anyone actually use sonic repulsion? what if it wasn't a toggle... maybe just a click more like repulsion bomb. centered on an ally. I just don't know anyone who takes that power... and if they do they never use it... the 1end/sec + 2.5 for ever KB endurance costs alone make me want to skip it personally. let alone its situational usage.

    I'd delete the toon but I'm hoping for PvP changes that will at least make the set more useful... if it got improved in PvE also i wouldn't complain.
