Agree with some prior posts - many times I see ppl looking for team all posting in broadcast or global channels and must say find it amusing. Quite a few times I have just send blind invites to peeps who are lft and build a team in 60 seconds. I never understand why one of them doesn't see all the others who are lft and just decide to form up. Many times there will be more than a full team of peeps who are lft at same time and all posting in same channel but nobody bothers to form up.

Registered a new VG base and went to the base portal - no bases currently accessible. Repeated this the next day - same result. Quit VG and re-registered - same result. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug? (Yes the toon I attempted access with is the same who registered the VG).

As far as MoSTF goes I think you will find it a lot easier after i16. Don't think it will take more than an average team now that you can spawn the AV's at lvl 49 instead of the old 54. Did a run the other day with a quality team and frankly Ive had tougher runs of positron. LR was dead within 10 seconds of spawning his first EB, GW and the rest of the cronies took less than 5 min to take down (thats all not each). Its a 5 lvl drop for each AV in the arc - its gotta be heaps easier. So make hay while the sun shines and run a pug I say - your chances should be better than average.

I gather from all these posts that I have learnt something new - arena matches are cross server?

Supplemental to my last post I have 2 corrections to make - the miracle set gives 2.5% recovery when 2 slotted and it seems mids has an update for i16, though I encountered an error with the update and therefore cant check it out.

Also I would say that while both are good - recharge is the more inportant set bonus of the two you mention for your build.

I have a claws/regen stalker and have 4 slotted most heals with 2 numinas and 2 miracles. (Usually heal/rech and heal/rech/end from both sets except for toggle powers where i slot heal/end and heal/rech/end). The 2 numinas give 12% regen and the 2 miracles give 2% recovery. Note you can only get 5x any set bonus so the most you can slot (and have the set bonus count) is 5 sets of 2 numinas to get 5 x 12% regen or 60% regen total. After you have 5 x 12% regen set bonuses the 6th etc will not count. Also it is not 5 numinas that you can slot, it is 5 set bonuses of 12% regen, so if you have another set that gives 12% regen that counts towards the 5 max you can have. Once you have 5 x 12% regen look for 10% regen which you can also slot 5 times, then 8% etc, etc.

Definitely check out mids hero designer - not only does it give all stats on build it also has a set bonus finder so you can search for all sets that give a regen bonus.

This all works for recharge too, though there the best recharge is the purple sets and you need extreme inf for those atm. Again mids will help you find cheaper recharge sets with the set bonus finder feature.

A note though on mids, while its still quite useful I believe it is a few issues in arrears - it doesn't have the new PVP sets for example - but its current to i13 or i14 I believe.

Purchased myself a shiny new computer only to discover the vidoecard and CoH have issues with each other - they don't want to date! Can you imagine!

The issue - The game crashes intermittently - this can be anything from a few minutes into loading to 2 to 3 hours in, no rhyme or reason to it. The game crashes to desktop and the new PC is so fast I'm playing again in about 30 seconds.

I'm running vista for the first time and the all important videocard is;

XFX GeForce GTX275 896MB (Model 11X-GTX275-896)

Other PC stats
- ASUS P5Q Pro motherboard
- Intel core 2 Quad Q8200
- 4GB DDR2 (2x2GB) (Corsair Twin2x4096-6400CS)

Game graphics are tricked up to the max and in game it runs smoothly with instant access to trade screen at WW and super fast zoning (compared to my old PC where it would often mapserver on my first attempt to access WW trade screen and take at least 30 seconds to open screen in any event).

So in short the system is a beautiful thing and have no other issues on other games, internet etc with PC or video card - just this annoying issue of getting dc'd for no apparent reason.

And I do have the most up to date driver.
