Just a nitpick, why is the reward available tomorrow? Shouldn't the actual 48 month of the game be in April which is the 4th anniversary of the game?

Yup the 25th of April but some people will get them early due to a bug.

A bug? Will this bug work for ALL day 1 vets on March 5th? If I don't get mine until April 25th (cuz the bug works for some and not others) It's gonna kind of bug me playing it between now and April 25th. I know it's shallow but darn it; it will still bug me.

Nope just happens to some people not all are launch Vets it is a long standing bug though.
In my case I got the 36 month one two weeks late and the 39 or 42 month one a week early can't remember any more.
The 45 month one was awarded correctly so there is some variation.

In one zone in CoH (Talos) and one zone in CoV (Nerva) there should be a single big red ball that does absoutly nothing except when you attack it, it gets knocked back a bit. By every attack not just knockback attacks. It cant be destoryed or anything, just a Big Red Ball to hit around, thats it.
How big is big?
Well not huge. Just like 1 meter in diameter. Thats Big for a Red Ball!
The reason for just one and being in just one zone is so you dont run into it every time you log on. Maby you'll only run into it once a month or something, then youll be like "WOW! a Big Red Ball!" then you will knock it around for a few minuties laughing very hard then you will leave saying "What a cool Big Red Ball"
Whats the point?
A little extra thing like this would add tons of fun!

Well at first I thought that this was one of the silliest ideas I have ever come across in COX.
But upon further reflection I realized its just the sort of thing I am apt to partake in any way.
Just last night I was running an electric/ electric brute during the Recluses Victory test event massive fight heroes and villains every where.
When out of the corner of my eye I see a Gravity controller use propel and out pops a rusty old shell of a car to slam some poor villain in the head.
I had read that with the PhysX changes objects created by propel can now linger for a while now.
So curiosity getting the better of me once more I come over to the car just to have a look after the fight has drifted off.
Well I got a little too close and bumped it and it slides a few feet so did it again faster this time and it goes sailing.
Now picture this if you will a Huge seven foot tall Brute in black and dark blue Tech Bot armor Arachnos chest symbol, crab spider helmet with the three electric armors on, running back and forth playing kick the can with this rusty old car in front city hall.
The sad thing is I was totally enjoying myself a least until an energy blaster put an end to my silly shenanigans by knocking the car over a fence it must have faded as soon as I lost line of sight.
I have over sixty characters with an average level of eight and now this?
I will never get another level fifty character if were they to add the Big Red Ball .
But what the heck sign me on the Big Red Ball freight train of D OO M! -

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this was reported in beta.
The reply was the power is at 1000 sec same as all the other ultimates.
The was a mistake in the Hero planer due to a typo that said the recharge time was very long not slow, that has now been corrected. -

Well in a nutshell I play games for entrainment, as a diversion from the problems of the day.
The in game victories and the in game debt mean very little to me because they arent real and have little impact on my life.
I will continue to play as long as I am having fun and will stop when I dont.
That being said I had a very good time on the PVP play test last Saturday night so at least give the zones a chance before you bail on them. -
Positron implied that they were going to be running with the same code as monsters.
So Statesman and company will be conning purple to everyone so everyone no matter what level you are should have some chance. -

They've never said no PvP, or at least, not since well before launch. I remember Cryptic talking about wanting an arena when I was in beta, but it was something they didn't have time to finish implementing. If they did ever say "no PvP," it was far longer ago than a year ago.

Thanks for all the replies! I love how people come on to this Guide and share how they use their D3. I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to being "efficient" and I drop or don't take a lot of powers in the name of Efficiency.
Player_101 (didn't you go by a different name awhile back?) had some good points about Blackstar and that my "reasoning" for taking it is as mature as a 5 year olds. I just feel that if a Defender doesn't take their nuke then they are submitting to the "Defenders are weak" mentality. When a Defender can drop 16 guys at once, it shows the other ATs we have some meat to our bones. It's more psychological than practical.
I tried dropping Blackstar on Test for a Hover/Tactics build and while the build was great, not having Blackstar for certain times was "de-flating" I guess. Kind of like, dang, I couldn't take them all out with one shot. Anyway, thanks for the support...

I have to agree with you on the nuke I also took mine (Thunderous Blast) and had it six slotted and just loved what it did to the spawn I was attacking, the animation was always good for a laugh and you are right about the ego boosting effect.
However player_101 is right the endurance regeneration suppression just makes it too dangerous to use a nuke as a defender any more.
(Sigh) I know have to respec but I dont have the heart.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a range debuff similar to the storms Hurricane but not as strong to the stealth powers during the time when its defense and perception reduction is suppressed.
With cloaking device for example when you attack your target would naturally become aware of your presence ( perception reduction suppression ) but should still have a hard time getting a target lock on you forcing you opponents to move closer to you to get a lock. Perhaps a small accuracy debuff for single target ranged attacks but not melee and AOEs.
