Hey guys I dont know if this has been done before, but i'm opening a forum to discuss who you are on the Virtue server

If you like thinking of "defense" in terms of "kill them before they kill you," yes, Blasters are very fun.
Some do have some decent controls to aid in their survivability, but their damage is more often what keeps them alive. -
Has anybody gotten the message saying that we cannot process your order at this time and to try again later or tomorrow and if it persist to check there other retailers? Because I keep getting it when I try to preorder going rogue and I just bought the real game yesterday perfectly fine. Any suggestions?

Ah ok, well there are 3 ATs than can use Dual Pistols and which one you select along with which other powerset you choose makes a HUGE difference.
Blasters are Heroes who deal high damage but don't have much in the way of support powers. Their other powerset is a mix of control powers, melee attacks and some self buffs or weak debuffs. I believe Mental Manipulation is considered the optimal secondary to pair with DP.
Defenders are Heroes who deal weak damage but have very powerful buffs and debuffs to support teammates (and themselves). Their secondaries are pretty variable so their isn't really an "optimal" pairing but the long redraw animation for Dual Pistols mean that most people prefer sets where you can lay down the buffs/debuffs at the start of combat and focus mostly on blasting. Traps, Storm, Rad and Dark are good for that. Trick Arrow is also good, but the double redraw irritates some people.
Corruptors are basically evil defenders. They do more damage (especially solo) but their buffs and debuffs are quite a bit weaker.

Also, make sure to specify what your other powerset is, people will need to know that.
(by the way, my guess is that you're a Dual Pistols/Devices Blaster, I have no evidence but it's a popular combination for a new player).

Secondly, there are a lot of threads out there right now about dual pistols, in both this forum, and the archetype (AT) specific forums. You might want to check those out.

Hey guys, i'm a new player to the game and I just joined yesterday on the virtue serv. And I just made this thread to ask about the dual pistols, anybody have some good builds? This game is great and I can't wait to get the new expansion in july

As far as I know it's one item per day. It was a security measure implemneted to help stop gold farmers.. Also, do you know if it resets the one day time if you try doing it again. I didn't understand the issue until know so I tried multiple times over these two days.

Are there any rules about how you can purchase items on the ncsoft store? Because I just bought City of Heroes Good v Evil on the store around three o'clock. After that I tried to pre-purchase going rogue but it didn't let me saying that it couldnt process my order at this time and to try again later. Do I have to wait only a day cause if so I can order it in about an hour from now . Any help would be appreciated.

Hi fellow COH or COV players, I was wondering if anyone preferably a admin could clear this up for me. Yesterday around three o'clock I upgraded from trial to account, about 5 hours later I decided to pre-purchase going rogue. When I tired to I got a message that read the following:We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners. It's still happening right now and I sent in a ticket also. Anybody got some ideas?
