Ok, so am I the only one who has noticed that while the statesmen character is very obvious, it looks like positron is on the end in that picture. So, if that is the case, who are the other character's in the picture?

I am willing to bet we are going to find out that Midnight's crystal is different from Ourobob's, and thus allows us to travel to this specific location without ill effects. Or that the O crystals are specifically designed to limit us to our lifetime's while the midnight crystal has had this limit removed. -
Keep in mind that this is all just new content. Every issue they list the big things and then add a lot of little things that don't make it into the initial announcement. I have no doubt we will still some bug fixes and maybe some other costume pieces.

This idea has been around for a lot longer then the NCsoft buyout. I would love to know as well, but I think the Devs have kinda movd towards a "Lets work it out before we start blabbing about it". If it is in the works they probably don't want to talk about it. I would imagine it would be like weapon customization or flashback, when it rolls out, it will roll out big. -

As long as the team continues to crankl out quality issues like it has since I9, I could care less who owns the franchise. Just have to wait and see what happens. (heck even I8 was pretty danged good, it has just been a steady rise in quality lately, I just hope they keep going that way)

Personally, I would want the recharge time to be just like any other attribute of the Signature Power. It should start with a really long recharge time, and the player should be able to spend exponentially increasing points to decrease the recharge time.
I just want to create a single, fast recharging punch that does little damage, but will always knock my enemies back a long way.....
Not because it is incredibly usefull, but because it is insanely cool. -

Sorry, it has been a while since I read it, I recalled you mentioning "improving" the effects, but currently when you improve effects in game it only enhances the duration and not the effictiveness. -
It might be interesting if you could apply various effects to your signature power, and then modify its Magnitude. So a play could have their signature power be a really powerful hold, or an attack with an extremely high chance for knockback.

Ooooh, I like it all. I do wonder though, there is no mention of the base loving that was talked about previously, is that still planned?
The other thing is if the rikti crash site is going coop, and getting an update, what happens to Teleport beacons? -
I really really like this idea.
Though, it might be nice if you could create a multibuffing power, like a character could create a signature power that makes him faster, enhances his recharge time, enhances his accuracy, and increases his defense for a short time.
I really hope this sort of thing comes about in an upcoming issue.
