I like it *as long as you can dismiss them*. That is the ONE thing that I hate about the other non-combat pets, that they hang out with you regardless of whether you want them there. Hell I'd like to be able to select summoning and dismissal emotes too!

Have you brought this to a mod's attention? Maybe they can help you better than we can, if you're not in the USA. There are still some countries that may have some restrictions, and since we don't know the details, maybe a moderator could assist.

The menu / costumes thing is:

When you reach levels 20, 30 and 40 you can go to a tailor of the right level and do a mission for them, to open a new costume slot. You can also exchange "halloween salvage" to a contact to gain a 5th, non-mission slot at any time.

The menu/costume option is there to change which of the 5 possible costumes your toon is wearing. If you buy the magic pack, that also comes with the option to use a "costume change emote" too.

As far as being on the map, there is a contact for them - and often times the contact is standing near the trainer in that zone. I have hardly ever started a task force, so i coudn't begin to tell you about which ones start where - but paragon wiki does have that info

It was for the anniversary. Sometimes during odd events (and particularly on Test, very rarely on Live servers) the devs will throw stuff at us until they turn off the event. I have to assume it's as much fun for them as it is for us. However, they're pretty busy working on I15 right now, and the anniversary month is over tomorrow.

Well, technically though they're not "origin" (since they didn't invent whole new categories for them) the Kheldian arcs and I would think the VEATs have similar things too.

That said, I'm not resoundingly for this idea. I'm not terribly against it, but I think it would require a LOT of effort to balance out things, and be warned of the inevitable "but I am an alien whose abilities are natural not mutations!" problems.

Suit and tie? I wish we had "ripped jeans" as a costume option :/

Is test 2 still Freedom? It used to be Virtue, but somewhere just before this apparenty it got changed. I miss my old "I won't really play you but since you were the first character I made on Test to show off the new body sliders, I'll just move you to test 02 and you'll be safe and... oops" characters there.
