    Argh / Yay

While I agree that 250 points is more than I'd pay for the "throwing disc" power, I think their pricing point of view may be coming from how much in resources was needed to produce the item.

Let me first say, I could be totally wrong since I know nothing about programming and what it takes to create anything in game... However, I would think that it takes more time, programming, testing, etc. to create a power than to create an aura, or emote.

Maybe their logic is more resources used = higher price. The only problem with this logic is the perceived value of the customer.

    Anyway, onto I22...

I have only played a little during the day 1 DD runs and barely started the DA arc. The DA arc looks pretty cool, I need to get started on those missions.

I was a little disappointed with the DD trial, just from being back these past couple of months and playing all the other trial I was really expecting more of a challenge, but it was fairly "easy" I think.

The new DA is cool, first thing I did after logging in was just fly around the whole map.

Is anyone planning on running the lower level trial any time soon?

  4. I was having the issue applying a code from the CoV Special Edition to my old account because I found it for cheap. However, I kept getting sent to add a new account instead of applying to my existing account.

Some research on the forums pointed me to discover that if you have already used a code for that same edition on your account, it will not work.

Most likely the devs realized that people can buy older boxes, like I did, and get $15 worth of VIP Service for half the price, at least for a while.

And this was exactly my case too... I had already applied a CoV SE code years ago. So I took it further to experiment and purchased an Architect Edition box because I had never gotten it before.

This time, it worked. Credited me for a month and all that is included with the Architect Edition (the Magic or Cyborg booster pack).

So, to the OP, is there a chance you have already applied a "Deluxe Version" code in the past to that account? If you have, this may be issue.

Went to local Best Buy that is famous for not having stock and WOW they had two shelves full of COV. Some nice wallpaper in now adorning my Screen. The Recluse vs. States poster will be up on my Cube tomorrow at work.

Same here, local Best Buy had 2 shelves full of pre-order boxes. Already added serial to my CoH account and now to wait for the e-mail with the beta access date.
