  1. Rambling is mega nice, don't worry about it!

Sorry I stopped rambling towards the end, got a Phonecall and was playing one handed
  2. I think we settled on Moonfire at 8pm.

    See you in Striga, hopefully
  3. Have always used Death Shroud, Oppressive Gloom and Lotus Drops on my scrapper, to great effect.

Oppressive Gloom from Dark Mastery on my fender too, coupled with the (sensible!) use of Force Bubble
  4. Xemulas

    Presence

0%, though it's crossed my mind more than once (Ueber Fear based /DA scrapper or /DM corr), or for my MM, for a tankermind build.

The powers are just dire, though. Hence the 0% in the end
  5. [ QUOTE ]
Heck no! Those arcs are too long to be made into SF. You'd have another 4 Posis to moan about...
What villains need are SF in the 10-15 range and in the 40-45 range. And proper ones, not rehashed content taken from story arcs.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    And 30-35
  6. That's true! I wrote that both mid phone-call and mid-zoning-during-a-Strike-Force.

    Thanks for the correction
  7. [ QUOTE ]

And expanding the Patron missions into mini SFs could be used as a means to give CoV a few more mid level TFs which is something some players have asked for in the past.

    [/ QUOTE ]

You mean, tricking them into thinking they've been given what they've wanted, but in fact have been given 4 SFs in the 40-50 Range, which rehash the exact stories the OP and some others are so sick of?
  8. Hey there,

I highly recommend The Echelon (@Mr Shock, @Lion., @Phobos-, for points of contact). Hugely active SG, lots of nice people, and very active, running Strike Forces and teams every evening. I team with them now and then, they're great

Best of luck finding something that suits you
  9. [ QUOTE ]
hows about redoing the patron pools so that they were just generic pools and then turning each of the Patron arcs into Mini SFs which give a special reward specific to the patron patron?

    [/ QUOTE ]

The patron pools have only just been reworked.

I myself don't fancy seeing the devs time being spent on making a part of the game that is WAI and perfectly acceptable, into a great deal of hassle.
  10. Perhaps de-link them from Patron pools, if at all? I'd rather CoV didn't *LOSE* content considering most villain players would be partial to a little more.
  11. Xemulas

    Colours !

    1. If hasten can be coloured, colour that black. Can't stand the hasten effect, which is all the more frustrating considering how useful it is

    2. Zombie/Dark MM's power to match her dark purple tendrils aura. Can't see me changing much else on any other toon :P
  12. Xemulas

    Flaming Zombies!

Necromancy can slot Recharge intensive Sets into Soul Extraction, as of i14
  13. Okay. The below build is pretty close to Permadom. It's pricey. Very pricey. To reduce the price, simply replace some of the purples with other sets while you work towards them. Travel power is ultimately your choice, but I do highly recommend hasten.

Other powerpicks, up to you. This is just how i'd play a mind dom, even if I do dislike Mind's mass hold.

    Comments will be below

I've geared towards +recharge, in the set bonuses.

The Sleep purple and sleep sets in general are pretty cheap.

Lockdown in dominate, mainly for the proc. Extra mag is always nice.

Confuse purples are worth putting in the ST one over the AoE one, simply because the proc is more noticable and more useful (chance for AoE confuse).

Frankenslotted Consume for maximum recharge and Endurance recovery benefit. With hasten its recharge is 53 seconds.

Medicine pool is always helpful, doctored wounds for the recharge.

GW pool because you don't need the +end from Mu Mastery, and can make the most of Soul Drain's PBAoE Build up effect along with Fiery Embrace to pretty much annihilate an entire spawn on your own.

That's pretty much all I can think of that needs justifying. If you have any questions don't hesitate to PM me

(I'm expecting, as i've made this build public, to be jumped upon. A few things in the build are personal preferences so please take that into account and edit it to suit YOUR playstyle)
  14. How big an aim are you looking for? General all purpose PvE (200-300Mil), Cheap-o PvE (50-150M) or an ultimate goal PvE (1-2billion)?

Depending on which, i'll knock something up for you when I can
  15. Aye, efficient run. Thanks for coming, and sorry again about the AFKs

Finally I can make an archery/trick arrow corruptor!

    Looking forward to that!

  17. I think you've put most people off chap, with 300-500M being a pretty low budget
  18. Didn't know PB's could enter outbreak.

Sounds like fun, best of luck with it

    Thanks. I'll be there

Edit If you have a full team I'll stand and wave you off

We're 7 strong atm, so even if we didn't have 2 MIA today, you'd have a place :P
  20. I'd be perfectly happy to have you along

Meet us by Sister Psyche at whatever time we decide on (probably 8pm)
  21. This is the saddest post i've ever seen

Gonna miss you a helluva-lot Max Please come back for a visit soon

    We'll miss your silver tongue!

All the best wherever you end up 'eh?
  22. With no other replies yet, guess it's sister psyche tonight.

Is everyone okay with starting at the same time as the Monday night teaming would, 8pm, or would people like it a bit earlier/later?
  23. Depending on date, I'd be able to come along on my old Kat/DA, if it'd be of any help
