Castle must think programmers grow on trees, hours of extra work for a 5% buff to PSI defense, like thats ever gonna have a noticable effect as AFAIK the system chooses your best defence it will only have any effect at all against those who do pure PSI dmg don't know how prevlant they are but they can't be that common. Or perhaps I'm wrong as the 'best defence' system may only work on situational vs. dmg type but I find it hard to believe with that precedent the system chooses your worst defence in type vs. type conflicts, maybe it's an average but then 2.5% to rare dmg types ain't really anything to write home about either.

I would imagine AoE from charecters is calculated from origin point not 'furthest extent' could be wrong but thats the way I see it.
Back OT this is a great idea that has been discussed b4 but as NC 'inhereted' the code for the game from another company and it has been proven that even the 'internal' notes for certain effects (RE taunt) have proven to be false I doubt they are really going to tamper with the code that much to even attempt this at the moment.
Nice idea, given a little time it might even happen.

It depends entirely which number is quoted a -75% realtime reduction actually represents a -300% recharge 'bonus' or something like that. (thats if it works the same way in the negative as it does in the positive)

Fair point Extrumus though procs are somewhat limited by the fact on a couple excist in any enhancment type, It just seems a waste of time to use slots on lower tier powers that no longer appear in my attack chain once I hit 35+ and the rain of slots starts (perhaps this is because the levelling and slotting system was designed to balance at max lvl 40 if I remember correctly)

The reward nurfing still concerns me greatly
'Dev' content > new 'Rateable' mission
'Dev approved' content > 'Rateable' mission

ISP's in general are likely to soon run into legal problems concerning what they advertise and what they actually provide ( especially to 'high end' users ) as when they say 'up to' it seems to be at there descrection and not what we can pull. If Mars said you can have upto 10 choclate bars for a £5 then stopped you taking more than 5 there would be uproar.

Upto 8 enhancement slots per power so you can actually slot 2 IO's of each type Acc,Dmg,Rchg,End for most powers

Err why would I waste my valuable playtime for less reward just cos a player wrote the mission text ( which frankly I don't read anyway ). Why not just take a loaded weapon point it at your foot and pull the trigger it would probably have much the same effect.
