I would love that if an opponent is less than 80% and flees, the "victor" gets a chance at a PVP IO. MMs get cheated TOO MANY TIMES out of the kill as they can't keep up with other ATs.

Divine has done NOTHING but give this team the leadership that was completely absent. Eagle is the official captain but he as no say in what we do, why!? BECAUSE HE IS NEVER THERE TO SAY ANYTHING! NEVER THERE! I'm sure the entire team would drop out of the league all together before going under some non-existent leadership. Give Divine a break. Whatever past you have with him is your own business. But i this case, Divine is stepping up to the plate and giving you all a ******* team to play against.

You see Castle wasn't very good at I13 PVP. He was a "n00b" because he had limited success and died a lot. Now you can't exactly call one of the game's developers a "n00b", so they rebranded him as a "normal player." This led to a slippery slope of "necessary" changes. Because as we all know, "normal players" should be able to play any part of the game well.
See how dangerous it can be when game developers use the wrong words to refer to stuff? -
