Apparently the gui for it is broken
    as Rodrick said:
Last time I used one, it had a glitch where its icon would appear in your buff bar while the toggle was on, or in clicks, for a few seconds after using the power. If this is still happening, it's just a display error. As Nova said, it's always on (as long as you don't exemplar more than 3 levels below the level of the IO).
  3. I think you have multiple chances for it to fire off. I suspect it would be possible for them to fire off concurrently every now and then. But mostly, I suspect that they would fire independently and stacking would be moot.

Permahasten - Hasten needs a total of +275% Recharge
    205% after Hasten's own +70%, 110% after 3 recharge SOs for ~95%

Also bear in mind that you may have a hardware problem instead or as well.

RAM can give funky errors and PSUs can do so as well.

No, I wouldn't try that first. But XP alows for a non-destructive re-install. But I wouldn't try that first either.

I would start with sfc /scannow

This will scan your system for corrupt system files and then replace them if you have source to copy them from.
If you have your i386 file you may be able to use that as your source.

you go start button > run > cmd <enter>
then in the command box type in sfc /scannow

That's about how I see it. I see them as a 7-11 and a big box store. If I don't want to wait, I pay the higher prices of a convenience store. If I have a plan and some patience I'll bid @ big box store prices and wait. I am willing in game as well as IRL to pay for convenience when convenience is what I want.
  13. Titan network has already come out with one, but I forget the name of it

  14. http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Table_of_Special_IOs
Globals are Special IOs that act like Set Bonuses in that they are always on even if the power isn't activated and even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring! However, the one thing that will shut off a Global IO is exemplaring more than three levels under the level of that Global IO. If the Global is from a PvP Set, then it is excepted from the under-exemplaring rule and will never shut off from exemplaring.

Procs require the power they are in to be activated in order to work. In a click power, they go off once with every click. In a passive power or active toggle, they continuously pulse on once every 10 seconds per target. Certain pseudo-pet powers will inherit the proc and if they fire off for a set duration, the Proc has a chance to pulse several times (once every 10 seconds) during that period
    .

    Macro help

I don't know if this can be turned into a macro or not. If not, try a bind instead.

    I use this one

    Code:
    Y "+down$$-down$$powexectoggleon rise to the challenge$$powexectoggleon tough$$powexectoggleon weave$$powexectoggleon heightened senses$$powexectoggleon mind over body$$powexectoggleon indomitable will$$powexectoggleon combat jumping"
It turns on one power when I depress the button and another when I release it starting at the end (right hand side) and working toward the beginning. So it's not all of them, but it's two at a time and all on one key.

the +down$$-down$$ can be shortened, but the shorter version broke once upon a time and I have never switched it back

  17. Hey, will you guys take a look at my brute build?

A number of you guys seem to have a lot more knowledge than me. Additionally, I am willing to listen and learn. The theme of the brute is a toon to stealth SFs for speed, particularly low level SFs--Tarikoss, Silver Mantis, Renault, Mistral--and some lvl 24 Ouro arcs that I like. At the same time, it should be able to function in lvl 50 content even if it's not entirely optimized for lvl 50 content.

Also I like to run raging with all my toggles on.

What I need help with is an attack chain and possibly any tweaks to yield more (in this order) burst damage, dps, recharge, general survivability.

The current build, not the one I am posting, has plenty of survivability, less than the build I am posting, but if I had more killing power I could finish mishes sooner. And since we do speed runs, time is of the essence.

The build is an example of the budget I am willing to use. I actually have all of these enhancements in storage waiting on I19.

Also, I used the unofficial Mids' patch and I don't know how that will display in your Mids'.

    build in next post

At the same time, it should be able to function in lvl 50 content even if it's not entirely optimized for lvl 50 content.

Also I like to run raging with all my toggles on.

What I need help with is an attack chain and possibly any tweaks to yield more (in this order) burst damage, dps, recharge, general survivability.

The current build, not the one I am posting, has plenty of survivability, less than the build I am posting, but if I had more killing power I could finish mishes sooner. And since we do speed runs, time is of the essence.

The build is an example of the budget I am willing to use. I actually have all of these enhancements in storage.

I will edit this post with a link to my thread right after breakfast.

Actually, that's not what he said.
It has exactly the same amount of recharge you have now, without destroying your attacks to do it. Hasten is also perma, with that amount of recharge.
Your build (and Arbegla's) has 112.5% and hasten adds 70% more => 182.5.

    I count hasten because it's perma-hasten

If I did might calculations correctly, it would take 500% recharge to reach a 60 second recharge.

Perhaps someone will come along and check my math.

Would it make any difference to you if I told you I already tanked BAB in the LRSF with this build?
Not as often as it would be with the build Arbegla put together that runs @ 182.5% recharge bonus

    Wow!

    Ain't that some ****?

    you go from this:

    Quote:
5 slotted hecatomb without the damage proc but with everything else in smite is 124.9 damage.

5 slotted hecatomb without the PURE damage IO, but adding in the damage PROC is 153.66 damage.

5 slotted hecatomb without the Dam/rech IO, but with the Pure damage IO and the PROC is 157.5 damage

6 slotted hecatomb with everything is only 160.24 damage.

    Damn, dude.

You just really don't want any help do you?

I know my hands are washed
  23. that looks like it would feel different than the other build.

It looks as if it would feel deadlier.

    It will go in sprint.

    It won't go in swift

If you use mids' it would be super helpful if you would post the datalink
