So I'm heading over to Pinnacle to pick a tank for this evening's Tanker Tuesday, and one of my toons catches my eye...

Her costume is as I had left it except for one little detail...the head/face/hair were completly reset from what they should have been. No, it wasn't a copyright issue, she still has her name, her costume, and the head was just a mask with rose-coloured serated sugar hair.

That was easily fixable, took about 30 seconds at the tailor.

But her trays were also wonky when I logged in. Ok...fix those.

Then I notice something else...her permenant Nemesis Staff power is gone. I am tier 9 so I promise you that I had it, heck, all of my other toons on this account do! Ok, maybe I didn't claim the thing like I thought...scroll through things to claim and only have the Acension Armor sitting there waiting for when this toon hits 50. I look through my power's list close to 10 times. Not there. I was even looking for the Axe, thinking well maybe I claimed that stupid thing on accident, I've done it before! Nope, nothing. Just SoM and the Blackwand. No Nem. staff or Axe and no way to choose either one of them.

The power is just gone.

I petitioned, but was wondering if anyone had experienced something similar.

EDIT: Got the usual canned response from support. *sigh*

I don't get my token until the 8th...

My billing date is the 29th if that helps. My last token I received the 8th of this month, but that was my December token granted late after a petition and then the run arund for a week. I give up, I really do.

Drats, never mind then. I cannot stand playing redside, and only have 3 spots on Justice free that I am saving for new toons when I22 hits.

How about tokens? Have we figured out when the token drops?

I'm on a 6 month sub plan that doesn't run out until the end of June. My billing has only lapsed once, and that was around I12 or so for only a couple of months when money was super tight.

Yeah, I know, very weird! Got them (supposedly) 4 days before the bill date last month and nearly 8 days before this month. Still no token though.

I did check my account page a few minutes ago and it agrees with support that I got my points last month on the 25th of December, but I didn't actually get them until almost Jan 7th, and had to petition and deal with the runaround for several days until they finally showed up. That page may say one thing, but for some of us it is actually doing another.

I wasn't certain where I should post this, but anyways... Has anyone else had anything weird happen with their global friend's list?

What I mean is this: A few evenings ago my husband told me that something odd was going on with his global list that several people that we game with regularly were no longer showing up, did I have the same issue.

I checked my own and not only am I missing a few people, but some that I deleted 6 months - over a year ago are suddenly back on my global friend's list, one in particular I deleted almost 2 years ago. How in the heck did he suddenly get back on my list?

Haven't seen this happen in 6+ years of playing, and wondered if anyone was experiencing similar issues.

I had the same issue last month and let me tell you...it was the first time in 6 years that I have felt effed with by support.

I petitioned on Jan 5th, my billing date was Dec 29th. The first response was sort of a canned one, pretty much making me feel like an idiot that didn't have a clue.

The next response was very adament that I had everything I should, that my points were awarded on the 25th of December and that my token came a day or two after. I cied bull...you-know-what, but in a tactful manner. I told them that no, I didn't have either things, that the only tokens I had received in December were the ones that I earned by buying PPoints.

2 days later and I have my point. Support was all silent and then boom, points. Still no token. I ask them again, I have the points, thank you, but still no token. They try to tell me that I probably earned it while playing, and then it became...you might not have loggd in for a while so therefore missed having it. Um...I log in daily, sometimes multiple times. I don't think I'd miss it. =P

I tell them again, I do not have it, I log in daily, please stop taking me for a fool. The next morning: Oh! It looks like the earlier reps didn't have a clue what they were talking about! You should have your token now! I log in after that e-mail and what do you know...a token. >.>

My bill date is the 29th, I received my 400 PPoints almost 5 days ago...still no token. If I don't have it by 5th of Feb I will just petition again. There is a thread about this in another part of the forum, and many people are saying that they have to petition every month just to get their points and token because they aren't coming in at all.

Then count me in!

Does it have to be a brand new lvl 1? I have a couple TM toons on Justice, one of them high, but the other one in the teens.

We (my husband and I) can help you get some levels on Protector or Justice. My global is in my previous post, so feel free to hit me up if you're interested. We could probably do Champion, too.

Do you solo or team? If you solo and you're also trying to re-learn the game, getting up there in levels can be difficult for some. My advice is join global channels if you're a high enough tier (I think all of 7) to be able to do so, and most global channels are a good place to find teams.

What server are you on? If you have a toon on Justice or Protector my husband and I can help you get some levels, not necessarily through PLing, so don't go there, people. =P Feel free to hit me up at @Winged One if you are on those servers and wish to team or just get some help.

And if you want to have a lvl 50 toon that does main lvl 50 content, then you have to sub. Incarnate stuff is for VIP's only, and it's really the main thing you do as a 50, well...seems like it anyways.

Servers? Justice is my home, I have bought almost all of the slots possible on that server, but I have toons on all servers. 370 toons if you must know.

It's cool, I figured if it was going to happen at some point in TT's run, then it would ultimately be on the Freedumb server.

I have been running on TT teams for years, and I can barely stand playing tanks, but somehow TT makes it too enjoyable to pass up.

I'm just surprised he bowed out when I told him that if he didn't like how TT ran then he could leave and give me the star and I would be happy to lead. He left and the team disintigrated from there.

But like I said...if this was going to happen anywhere it'd have to be good ol' Freedom =P

With me when they finally corrected my issue I was told the GM that I was in contact with first did NOT know what he was talking about. Real comforting... Maybe they should train their GM's then, you think? >.>

I mainly got the standard canned answers, extreme assurances that my account had all that it should! That such and such was awarded on the 25th of December and I must not have logged into the game in days, thereby missing the rewards!

I play daily. I check daily when I am expecting my token and points. As soon as I began disputing what they were doing their best to assure me...bam, I had the points after that e-mail. I disputed the fact that I still had no token. days later...an e-mail and bam, my missing token that was over a month late.

They aren't gonna like what I said in the support survey. They jerk me around one more time and I leave. Since Freedom launched CS has really gone into the crapper.

Would be nice to know when the Celstial pieces are going away for certain. Since they will likely never say a word when that is, what do you guys and gals speculate? One month? two?

An interesting turn of events...

Yesterday support claimed that I received my points on the 20th, which is false. I received them like...2 - 3 days ago. They also claimed that I got my token around the same time, they were adament that my account had everything that it should. I logged in last night...still no token.

I got an e-mail a few minutes ago, telling me that maybe I earned it while playing (wha...?) and that it awarded while I was online, to go check now and to see if I had it.

I log in and whaddaya know...a token. The very thing support told me yesterday had been granted the 20th of December, which obviously was utter BS. I log in and play every day, multiple times. I have been checking each time for a token. nada.

This is the first time I feel that I have really been screwed with by support.

Annnnd according to supposrt I received my points on the 20th (I got them 2 days ago...) and received the token the same day, (uh, did not.)

I had 2 tokens last month from buying extra PPoints, but that was all. Alas, I never took screen shots so I really can't prove anything. Guess I am out a token this month though they claim my account was awarded one.

*shrugs* I'm not one of those that'll raise a stink so I guess I'll just grumble quietly to myself and try not to look at how close I was to the celestial armor.

The reward token and the 400 PP's arrive together, yes? I received my points yesterday, but I still have not received my token. My bill date was one full week ago. Should I contact support or give it another week to show up?

Well, I received my points, but have yet to receive the reward token.
