Yeah. I'd just like to see more. I'd like to be a real head scratcher at the end of a build when you're choosing the last few things--"Do I want some more of this, that or the other?"
Now, pretty much, if you can only eke out a few more drops of something you want def. I mean unless you're already full up on it. But point per point, def seems to provide better mitigation in most situations. -

I keep telling myself, "Every shift ends." If I can just get through these last 11,000 candy canes it'll all be over 'til next year.
The devs must've decided to let me take a lunch break, calling it 'server maintenance' -
there was an announcement in game
That's all I saw. -
I'd actually like to see def devalued somehow. Make it so that there're fewer clear cut decisions in regard to res v def v regen.

Quote:They can create enemies with +tohit and/or +accI wondered the same thing a while back when I first started reading about 'perma-elude' builds on the scrapper forums. But I don't know how they would change things to compensate without breaking defensive sets like Super Reflexes, Shield Defense etc. They could lower the buffs from IO sets, but I think that would cost them a lot of customers.
There is already a lot of defense debuffs in the game, but they have to land in order to take effect. -

Quote:For my purposes, it would be another stacking -tohit debuff. For some purposes, -tohit is very similar in effect to +def. You know, I always considered this the most useless proc ever. It's not a major debuff and odds are the mob is going to be mezzed anyways.
I would be generating 16.35% -tohit for all the mobs in melee range, meaning 23.85% -tohit for ~1/3 of the mobs with the proc if it worked. Also, there could be a 5.6% -tohit for select single targets. So potentially up to -29.4% -tohit for single target. (All before rank and lvl maths of course.)
All of that stacking (sorta) with my def (in re those mobs).
Additionally, in my toons case, the chance to stun for my PBAoE is a little less than the chance for the AA proc to fire--30% v 33%. So mobs would be a little more likely to be debuffed than stunned.
So, for my toon, it's the first choice for the PBAoE. My second choice is the Fury of the Gladiator proc which, unfortunately, doesn't fire as often (if the AA proc was working), but does have a nice effect. -

For hours now I have been just logging in to one mule after another to supply the market with candy canes.
My goodness, how hungry the market is!
As soon as I get one shovel's worth in, and log to a different toon, it has eaten up all that I gave it.
I have adjusted my price point a few times in attempts to get a chance to freaking play the game!
I wish there was some way to auto list.
Sheesh!
And yeah, I have gotten new market slots and sales badges on my mules.
And, I am not exactly complaining. -
It seems prudent to check before I go through the steps to acquire one. I was burned before on a Purple Proc that is broken. So I thought I should see if anyone knew.
It's not flagged at the wiki at the moment, but neither was the absolute amazement proc I had before. -

I would geuss its because demand is up. More toons showing up and more people thinking about the enhancements.

since it won't even boot from disc, I would suspect the mobo or power supply.
Have you checked the power output to the disc drive and hard drive? They may be wonky. -
Quote:Thank you for the list.Well, there's actually a wide variety of procs that have been broken since the beginning of time.. Unfortunately, god knows if any of these procs will ever eventually get fixed.. a list I've compiled myself..
Deflating Ego: Chance for -25% Recovery
Tempest: Chance for Endurance Drain
Executioner's Contract: Disorient Bonus
Razzle Dazzle: Chance for Immobilize
Triumphant Insult: Chance for Disorient
the issue with most of these is not just that they won't proc.. but that they have their ability duration unset.
this means, where for example Deflating Ego will go off, it won't last for more than literally .1 seconds.
Does the wiki reflect these bugged procs? -
Quote:I only checked if the AV was ebing affected.Did you only check if the AV was being affected, or did you also check if the Combat window was reporting the proc firing?
What channel should it report under? I'd rather gather logs than have to use the analyzer. -
The Stun IO from the Absolute Amazement set is reduced by about 26.7% from it's non exemplared value when a lvl 50 is exemplared down to lvl 30. So it ends up being worth ~38.8%.
It's first reduced to 41.5, then the exemplaring maths take hold. Then, of course the ED starts and then specific slotting becomes relevant to the final value lost by exemplaring. The only times that stun duration seems to help a SF time is when it prevents an AV or EB from activating its god-mode. -
We just straight up ganked the Freedom Phalanx. No mind dom sleepy sleepy, no pull them one at a time, just a beat down.
W00t!
That's the way to do it!
Had the most fun on a RSF ever that way.
ty to everyone on the PUG who made it possible -
