Does the Fury of the Gladiator Proc Work in PVE?

It does work in PvE, unless it has been broken recently.

It's my second choice for my PBAoE proc!!
It seems prudent to check before I go through the steps to acquire one. I was burned before on a Purple Proc that is broken. So I thought I should see if anyone knew.
It's not flagged at the wiki at the moment, but neither was the absolute amazement proc I had before.
