It's Stefan, only one f in his name.

Fleeting Whisper you mean you have never heard of perogies. They are flavored mashed potato filled pasta dumplings. My favorite are Mrs. Ts' potato and chedder cheese. yummy .

By the response of my little request I can tell who all the cat haters are.
Go get em Amerikatt. -
I think he got a good look at Ms. Liberty and he wants her too. (Or when GR dropped is it rebooted and we never talk about the dirty grandpa again)

Quote:Thanks for posting that, I knew I wasn't dillusional. Reread it can't wait to see more. Here's a link that I think still works: http://www.newsarama.com/php/multime....php?aid=21907
That's the one-shot. The series is going to be even better, with some great new artwork, abouit forty new heroes and villains, lots of background on Twilight Guardian, and sammiches. -
Cancer sucks, my husband and I lost someone very dear to us this past Feburary due to cancer.

Quote:Oh did not even think of that, but we would have seen her by now wouldn't we, in the six years of the show as soon as you make the deal whatever you made the deal for it happens right away. So if he made a deal for his daughter to come back she would have been back as soon as he made the deal. Maybe he knew that Sam had no soul and made the deal to get Sam's soul back. I don't know.I thought Echidna too as well as Grendel's mother, AngrboĆ°a, and Lillith, but I was leaning toward Echidna or Grendel's mother more, and as you said Lillith is already dead. The real question is, will Dean pull a Beowulf end up doing her?
Oh, who else thinks the grandfather made a deal with Crowley to bring back Sam and Dean's own mother? -
Even if we can't as players have a 4 legged animal model for bodies. I would love to be able as a hero to be traveling in the city and here somebody yelling by a tree, Come down here Whiskers... Help my cat is stuck in a tree. Then as a hero help get the cat out of the tree. That would be awesome.

Quote:I understand that there are some animation issues which might make this a difficult request to fulfill, but I am hoping that we are closer to the day when I can actually have a feline model flying across my computer monitor, her little kitty paws outstretched in front of her, her mini-cape flapping in the breeze.
Please?
Pretty please?!
I haz ... DOUBLE-FUDGE BROWNIES! *
[* They're currently cooling in the gourmet kitchen in the Katt Kave, but should be ready by the time this request comes to fruition! Thanks!]
By the time that the devs get around to it I am afraid your double fudge brownies will have the additional ingredient of Penicillin. -
I did not know anything about superheroes or villians until I met the man who is now my husband way back in August of 1998. Up until then I didn't know who Marvel was or DC but now that I know I am glad I met him. I read the book and the comics Death of Superman about the time I met him and several years later we went out to eat with my dad and my stepbrother, this was about 10 years ago and we got into a conversation and I told them how superman died and they didn't believe me, they were in shock.
I told them yep he died, but just like in all comics he does come back to life, told them when they got home to look it up (don't think google was out yet) on the internet when they did they called me back and it totally blew their minds. -
Quote:Awwww I so wanted to use my /e hitwithfoldingchair emoteUmm... I know you must be jesting but..before I dig myself into too much of hole before you see the video... The term "ladder" is mine (not a devs) and is just meant to imply that incarnates are introduced in I19 and the concept continues in I20. I am clueless as to how doing whatever it is you are supposed to do at the BAF relates to incarnates (i.e. if you get a "shard" or anything else or if that advances you in "divinity").

Ima gonna hurry up and make an Ice toon of some sort and call her Lady Winter. MUWHAHAHAHAHA! Then when the winter event comes along it'll revolve around me, just like everything else in this world.
-
Good question Big King, I was wondering that myself. It would be cool if they did.

How did this thread not get locked already? With all the back and forth arguments.

Thumbs up again for Supernatural.
Ahhhhhhhh!!
What's going on in here?
Don't worry just an angels proctologist exam. -
Back in march of 2007 my husband bought the game home, wasn't even aware he bought the game in the first place. I thought the game was stupid at first, I honestly don't remember why, maybe I thought it was for nerds. Well hubby said you should try it, so I reluctantly did and OMG how much I love this game now, ok so I am a nerd so what. Thanks hubby for introducing me and getting me hooked on this wonderful game.

Sorry this is so late.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY STEELCLAW! -
I play CoX because I actually imagine myself as my character. Everytime I watch a movie and it has someone superpowered in it I always think if I can make a toon with similiar powers or not. I really like this game, it's very diversive (I think that is what I am thinking abouth, hope it's right) and I can't get bored with it.
-
Ok to make this more game related then. A few months ago, about a week or 2 after GR came out my daughter said something to me that made my heart go pitter pat and drew a tear to my eye. (nowadays this is very rare) She asked me if she could play CoX for a bit. I was so happy I said yes, here let me start it up for you. She played CoX for a good 3 hours or so. She plays very rarely but when she does play it makes me all mushy inside to see her share a similiar interest with her mom.

Why do I suddenly feel the urge to go get me a coke?
-
My daughter used to say purkle for purple and puffets for puppets and froggies for perogies, and she eats perogies with ketchup (ew I know). So to this day we ask her if she wants froggies with ketchup.

I don't know if this is the right spot for this, or if this is even in violation of the forum rules. I hope not. I believe I mentioned before that my daughter is 13 and today for some reason, (about an hour ago to be exact) it got me thinking of some funny things my daughter said when she was younger, right around 3 or 4 years of age. So I thought I would post a couple things she said that I will always remember despite her today denying she ever said such things.
First one was when she was 3 and I took her into a Fashion Bug with me and we were the only customers, hubby went to the nearest manly store (Home Depot, Lowes, I don't remember) and said see in few minutes. So I took her into the dressing room with me and while I was trying on clothes my darling daughter said really, really loud, MOMMY HAS BOOBIES, I HAVE BOOBIES TOO! I heard the clerks laughing so needless to say when I was done trying stuff on my face was red, and low and behold my husband came just in time to hear that too so he never let's me forget that I HAVE BOOBIES!
About a year later so my daughter is 4 when this happened, my hubby took her grocery shopping at Topps, (unfortunatly I wasn't there for this, but I did get to hear about it).
Topps had those little carts for children to push around, not many but probably 5 or 6 but my daughter loved those so when they were available she got one. Well they went shopping but not for alot of stuff so my hubby put it in her cart. They go to the register and he gets the groceries and puts them on the little belt and as the cashier is ringing them up she puts them in a regular cart, (note cashier is a female). My daughter sees this and quickly runs around to where she is at and says, EXCUSE ME MISTER, I ALREADY HAVE A CART!
Oh what memories. I be lucky if these days I get anything outta her that is not a sacarastic eyeroll, or an I hate you, but I always have those 2 things to remember that I do love her.
Please tell me some of your children stories, I would love to hear what funny things kids say or do.
