  2. So, its reducing the effect of AND resistance to just these effects (-10% (single app or stacked?) for 8.3 secs)?:

    Stunned
    Immobilized
    SpeedRunning
    SpeedFlying
Heal (regen (or regen buffs) as well?)
    ToHit (buff and debuff?)
    Sleep
    Confused
    Terrorized
    Held
    Knockback
    Knockup
    Repel
Base Def (this one's interesting; Def buffs as well? Modified by Def Debuff Resis?)

On the mezzes; does this apply to Protection/Mag as well as Resistance/Duration?

"Gravitic adds procs for debuffing Recovery as well as slowing and snaring the foes."

I assume the same as Recovery would affect a player. However, Recovery and Endurance on the AI seems a bit borked (as in cheats on the side of the AI), so I don't know how effective it would actually be.
That's just three of the four effects; the fourth being a debuff on secondary effects (outside of the ones you've listed): -Recharge, -Movement, -Recovery and -Special.
  4. What secondary effects does Gravitic affect? Does this apply to enemy passives, clicks and toggles as well as enemy attacks?

  11. Politics aside; a revamp making its way through more of the established NPC groups, where/when feasible, would be nice.

I actually liked the revamp they did to the Infected in Mercy; the addition of females AND the variety added to the male costuming.

I liked what they did with the revamp of the CoT.

I liked that when they did the Praetorian NPC groups that it was a decent mix of gender AND variety within gender (Syndicate, Destroyers, Protestors, Carnival of Light)

I liked that they made an attempt with the Hellions.

I'm glad that whenever they introduce new powersets to the player that they try to create/modify a model to one of the NPC groups to port it to.

I look at the older stuff now and think, "How rigid, bland and archaic."

Malta: Doesn't look like it, but it's a fair bit of bulky gear. And they work with the Knives, who are 100% female.
Trolls: After the body change from Superdyne, hard to say... though given the Destroyers, I'd say no.
Council: The only women are Arakhn and (formerly Council) - er - the one who's now a freakshow that I can't remember.
    Lost: No.

At least the COT got some obviously female characters with their revamp. Hopefully some of the other groups do.
It's been a bit since I've done Praetoria maps but outside of the whole 'damsel-in-distress' thing, do you even face off against the female PrPD in combat?

The Malta/KoA thing is still the boys telling the girls to get their own tree-house.

The CoT revamp was a step in the right direction (although I can't recall if any of the bosses -outside of the succubi- are female)

Being that I used to know some female g-bangers; I wouldn't mind seeing female minions (for Skulls and Hellions); wasn't too impressed by the 'girlfriend from hell'.

A caste of female warriors in Cim would be interesting (in Cim armor, sybil gear or even the new barbarian get ups)
  13. Personally, I felt the last two sets almost made 'old maids' out of the female toons. I'm half expecting the next period costume set to be 'flapper' gear.

Buuuut... the main reason I wanted to post in this attention worthy thread is to point out that the entirety of the game has a sex-bias.

There's been a real under representation of females in NPC mobs that, IMO, goes hand in hand with the lack of female pet models for MMs.

I don't think there's a single female police officer between Paragon, RI and Praetoria and most of the enemy groups seem to be a boys only club (Wyvern, Sky Raiders, GBs, Malta, Tsoo, Trolls, Council, Prisoners, Lost, etc). Even some of the co-ed groups only have one female type in the whole faction (Hellions, Freakshow)

And I still fail to see why at least one pet per MM tier couldn't use the female model.

"Lets give a big around of applause to Dr. Aeon for his rendition of Weird Science. Welcome to Karaoke Wednesday here at Pocket D; I'm your host, DJ Zero. Remember, it's all as easy a following the bouncing, yellow ball on the screen to your right. Don't forget to tip your bartender."
  15. ...from different powers?

For example: My Corr /Kin uses Void Judgement (-50%), then fires off a Fulcrum Shift (-20%). Do the enemies that get hit by both deal 70% less damage? Or does the higher of the two values overwrite the lower?
  16. Personally, I've been going Void on all of my Incarnates for the -DMG and slowly filtering in those Judgements that are more for a specific toon's concept/theme.
  17. Isn't Dark Astoria only accessible Blue-side?

May I suggest, for this particular Forum Game, that the Devs pick a random entry from the story. It might get more participants that way.

It seems that years of bullying had finally gotten the better of local resident, Rudolph; triggering an breakdown in which Rudolph's nose ruptured, releasing the mayhem now seen below."
