Four options: The obvious one is Gwen Stacy. The less obvious one that might make this closer to Ultimate Spidey would be Kitty Pride, but I'm not sure about the rights on her character. Another option is Felicia Hardy. The fourth option is someone entirely new that's written for the film... and that'd be really dumb.
I'd say Gwen and Felicia are the most likely. -

I've never seen Zyuranger, but I will say that Mighty Morphin's intro was and will always be pretty damn awesome.

Also, another thing with Peter, even with his powers he often takes quite a lot of beatings. The only reason he can bounce back is because of his healing factor. Without his powers, after one of those beatings he'd be in hospital for months.
I think Peter would probably look for a tech way of becoming a crime fighter, I expect he'd also learn a few things with other heroes he knows, like Daredevil. -
It's almost like kids (and people) read comics to be entertained and not to be preached too.
