Demo Edit will probably strip the Player command if you stick it on an NPC. I should fix that.

Yep, FRAPS or WeGame. I don't think either will show the mousepointer but viewers can see the button animations.

You can read chat that doesn't show by opening up the demo in Notepad then searching on Chat. Quite a pain but it works.

The UI, however, doesn't show. Ever. It simply isn't recorded. Remember, the point of this system is really so NCNC can demonstrate how the game works at shows and have an easier time making trailers for Issues. Wouldn't want a UI on those.

Be a real pity if they didn't have the resources to fix that bug for awhile.... a real pity....

P.S. You just know that somebody is going to buy the game this week, find those sideways skirts, and build an entire character concept off of it - only to have it fixed in a week or two.

I was wrong when I reported that this was fixed over on Test. If, when you first start the client, you log in to a character in Cimerora first, you will still get this issue. The compass will be double sized and will stay that way until you quit the client.

If you've got the demo edit program, you've actually got my character (in old school definition, sans sliders and all that). Save off any character with the edit program and it will create a demo file. Look in the demo and you'll see he's in there.

Also, I think I uploaded demo files from the wedding event to W00tStudios. I've got Zloth in there. You might find some other folks' costumes, too.

Classic? It's still my favorite video of all time! (Well, except maybe All Star, but that's only cuz it has all my heroes in it. )
