This game needs a Kirby Krakle Aura. the full shabang dots and whispy fire/energy/power and all.

Ok question, why is the bundle 400pts when you can buy the individual pieces for 180 pts?
is it an account wide purchase for 400 points?
ahh i missed the team inspirations. -
I'm running the the mission "Betray Ghost Widow" given by Ghost Widow set to +0 X2 i'm level 37 at current and the enemies (Circle of Thorns) where spawning at my level accordingly. When i got to the end where you fight GW she spawned at level 40 and the ambushes of hers spawned at level 43. The Widows in the previous mission leading up to this one where all level 43 as well so i had to stealth it to get to the objective.

For those who may not have seen it
Quote:Hey everyone,
I know there is some disappointment in a few of the COT pieces that didn't make it into the package, and I want to dispel some of the rumors that we do this to keep unique pieces in the NPC's hands.
What is more likely the case is that the pieces in question clash with over 20% of the other pieces in that area (cutting through geometry, in general looks really bad). In these cases we reserve the right to withhold these pieces in order to maintain the good looking characters you guys are capable of.
Not an answer that will make everyone happy, but we do our best to ensure that a vast majority of our costumes, current, past, and future, work with everything else. Not everything will fit the bill, and just work with one or two other pieces, but that is a situation we work hard to avoid in the first place. Sometimes a look just has to win out though, and the piece gets made anyway. It's just that we work under slightly different guidelines when concepting and making parts for an NPC group than we do for PC costumes. -
Quote:Thats ultimately my plan but i dont get that power for another 6 levelsMy top (workaroundy) tip for this is to hit Dark Extraction first (even if it's not recharged) as that will automatically target the nearest corpse and then hit Unchain Essence. Though to be fair I tend to jump into a group, Mire, Gravity Well a minion to death and then hit UE whilst they're still targeted, which removes the need to select one.
-
if i had a macro for finding the nearest corpse it'd help. as it is now the only way i can use the power without taking my hands off of the ten key is if i focus on one target and wait for them to drop and while they're still selected use it.
-
If someone could confirm for this for me i'd appreciate it. i tried posting it in and i get unknown command info.
-
Quote:That sounds like a good work around i'm not really well versed in macro's so i had no idea you could do that.No argument.
That said, you can set up a bind/macro to do this - my format might be wrong here, but IIRC it's /macro UE customtargetnetxt enemy dead$$powexecname unchain essence (which would put a "UE" button on, which would select the next dead enemy, then fire off unchain essence.)
Someone will correct the syntax if I'm remembering it wrong. -
I'm certain this has already been suggested a thousand times and i'm honestly surprised it wasn't something they did during the beta of 21 since i know they made changes to PBs but considering i just started playing a Warshade recently I thought i'd throw in my two cents.
This power should be set up to auto target a corpse its my understanding that Dark Extraction already functions in this way so changing it doesn't seam unreasonable from an programming standpoint, unless there are factors i'm unaware of.
My main reason for asking this is when you're in the middle of a battle specifically on teams of any real size trying to find a corpse with your mouse icon in the heat of battle is very difficult. having it set up to auto target the nearest corpse would make it easier for rapid fire in the heat of battle. -
i actually quite enjoy the sound effects on them but i've only been as far as lancer beam

Quote:I got them to do it when the Farscape Box set came out because less then 30 days after buying it it dropped down like 40$ and they did it for me. though my friend who had bought it right after me had tried the same thing and they wouldn't do it for him.Amazon hasn't done it in years. I've ordered movies from them and noticed it had dropped five dollars within 24 dollars (Typically to match Best Buy and the like) and was told "We no longer price match other retailers, including our own prices"
As for grocery stores, I haven't been/worked in one that has price matched something after the fact. At the point of purchase, yes.
As for price matching a sale, I think it varies by state law. In Louisiana, we are not required to. But I recall New Hampshire stores (Or maybe it was Mass. depending on the location of the store within the Pheasant Lane Mall) doing so.
Either way, I doubt you'll get a refund. It'd be nice and super sweet of them but I doubt they'll handle back about $2.50.
Doesn't hurt to ask I suppose. -
If that's the case hopefully the devs either fix the ignores enhancements and buffs since resistance debuff can't be effected anyways or the change it to only accept no io sets. I remember they had something similar with smoke granade from widows accepting accuracy enhancements but not the accurate to hit debuff io's since it was supposed to be an auto-hit
-
That bums me out I don't care So much about enhancing the defense debuff but I was hoping to beable to pump up the to-hit debuff.
-
if they release the other pieces in other cot packs i'll understand becuase it is alot of items but dont do it half way and give us a handful of pieces and call it done.
-
Quote:I just realized it doesnt have the other two belts from the mages.... or the gloves.... or the longer spiker kilt.... well now that i've bought it and realized this i find myself disappointed too. Wow the more i look at that picture above i realize we got sold a stripped down lemon. Hey devs you know what can erase my disappointment? RELEASE STREET JUSTICE!...and we got twelve. I would have paid good money for this. It should have been sold as CoT I, CoT II, etc. That way you can sell the quickie pack to everyone who needs their hands held in the costume creator, and the "hard" packs to anyone who wants to put some effort into their costumes.
This is going to be my last comment on this topic for a while, because I know that costumes are my pet dead horse, but I really think it is worth saying one last time: The ball was really dropped on this Paragon Market content. Not buying this. -
Quote:Its the switching forms back and forward that boggles my brain i use a ten key play style where 0-9 is my top bar shift + 0-9 is my middle bar and ctrl + 0-9 is my bottom row. since i'm primarily a melee AT player top row is my attacks second row is aura's and botoms is misc usually travel powers run rest teleport powers (pocket d base mission) and because of how i'm accustomed to playing i cant find the right power set up for when i tried tri form on my pb.1st. Go with what works best for you! If you're having fun you're doing it right.
2nd. Find More Bodies!
3rd. I'm just now discovering the awesomeness that is MFing WarShade. I've tried various Human only, Tri-form, Dwarf only etc builds but in the end I could just never get into them. Something was always missing. I read Dech's guide more than a few times, just not understanding what I was missing. Finally it dawned on me while trying yet again to roll a WS.
It was the fact that my hand had to leave the mouse to switch forms that broke the AT for me. Luckily this time around I was far more familiar with binds. I ended up binding Nova to activate and change trays for me by clicking the back button and Dwarf with the forward button on my mouse. Shift+Back turns both off, switches back to tray 1 and turns on Sprint. Shift+Forward brings up teleport reticle.
This simple little thing made the world of difference. I could swap between all 3 forms on a whim without missing a beat. A new MFing WS was born.
It still makes me smile when teammates comment on how much I'm covering all the angles in missions. Never relying on one form.
Just wanted to throw that out there, in case you also suffered from my particular hang-up. Otherwise enjoy your Human form build!
Also, there is a similar themed thread concerning this you might check out as well. Debating the usage of Burnout with Extraction. -
According to the power info on this Debuff Aura it ignores all buffs and enhancements on its values. Is this true? does this make it just a 1 or 2 slot aura for end redux or is that a typo? Mids has it listed as such too in its info but you can slot defense debuff and to hit debuff ios in it that also do nothing for the values.

Quote:I don't think robots of any type work because they usually explode and they don't have any soul if you will to extractThis is what I thought at first but I tested it by using extraction on a body immeadiately after I defeated it and it still failed.
This was during an Apex TF in the defend PPD station phase and I was using the clockwork that spawn (not the goliaths) and none of the defeated bodies would work. -
It sounds good but even though it's somewhat gimping myself I plotted a human form only warshade build. One part conceptual because of the story the character has and the other is my experience with this toon when I had him as a pb I just can't wrap my brain around using tri or dual form. I prefer the straight forward nature of a human form build.
-
That is amazing, I'm just starting to realize how good Warshades are. I for the longest time always thought that HEATs sucked honestly but i plotted out a high recharge (human form only) build with perma hasten and eclipse and it made me realize that they can be kind broken going around rocking perma hard capped resistance with enough enemies and stygian circle to gain strength from the piles of bodies you leave behind...oh yah I cant wait to get to 50!
thanks for answering my question =D -
I've plotted a Recharge heavy build and i'm curious about this power. If the pet it summons is still alive by the time it recharges and you use it again does it replace the current summon or do they stack?
-
Quote:What is the recharge needed to stop the rage crash? as in, what percentage? I reckon with tier 4 Spiritual, tier 4 Ageless and Hasten 3 slotted I would need...
I suck at Mids... Just a disclaimer.
Just using hasten is pretty much enough. Recharge needs to be under 120 seconds so it fires up before the crash. Youll still do no damage but you won't get hit with the defense debuff. -
I mean it does have the benefit of (most the time) voiding the defense crash.
-
This is something I'd be interested in knowing, I have a Super Strength (Obviously) Energy Aura brute who come issue 21 I was planning on switching to a recharge heavy build for more heals and the added benefit of almost always having two stacks of rage up.
I'm curious though since I've seen at least one poster state that the downtime wasn't worth the damage bonus so if I could get some input on the matter I'd greatly appreciate it.
(Talking about almost permanent double stacking. roughly 68second recharge on rage)
