Then again, why do I have to put 1 of my alts in somebody’s SG just so I can partake in a community event?

When I did the all-tank STF, we grab 2 temp powers that helped suppress LR bane spawns, ring of pain and scroll of ruin, Both can be gotten from Olivia Chungs Recover Outcast Artifacts mission. I would think whomever is going to hold LR's aggro while other take out towers should get these temp powers.

I'm gonna mull over my choice while I am out on a jobsite today. Looks like either a defense Tank, some kind of heavy damage, or some direct heals.
Edit:
I am down to a few choices, depending on what else we get on the team.
Tanker -- Shield/Stone or DM
Blaster -- Fire/Ice
Scrapper -- Fire/WP
Troller -- Ill or Mind/Emp, Storm or Therm
Def -- Storm, Emp or Sonic/Does it matter?
With current team make-up, I would suggest a /therm troller or Sonic/ def. Personally I like the sonic/ def, that way everyone with have a resist and def shield, plus the PBAoE -res toggle on the tank. Or FF so everyone and 2 def shields. Just my 2 infl. -
It was a lot of fun. (I think I was the one that ran off, but it's not my fault they can't hit me through PFF) Is there going to be a Shard run next weekend?

I do not mind playing through the PB or WS story arcs. For the life of me I can not get into play either AT, so the story arc will be all new to me.
I got an earth/cold troller to 4 - Glaciation Gal is ready to go. (Unless we need a tank and I'll roll one of those up for you.) -
If you are looking for an SG to use for the team, we could use mine. I'm the only player in the SG, but I have everything, teleporters to all zones, medical, work bench, enhancement stations, and the crystal pillar of fire and ice flashback thingy. I realize with the folks on the team there are many SG options, just throwing this out there. I'm not recruiting anyone, just want to make it easier/faster to travel to missions.

Based on sign-ups so far I'm thinking a earth/cold troller, but it no one rolls melee, I can play a tank or scrapper. What level do you want us at by Sat the 10TH? up to 4 to match PB? Are we going to run Atlas/Sewers or go straight to KR for temp travel powers? I'm easy, just want to know what prep work I need to do.

Demon, could you please pick a day, time and during, and let people sign up that want to. I think if you post a sign up sheet like that, it will fill fast. Right now it looks like Sat 7 pm Cst looks good.

I agree that "the player" is more important but here are 2 things to consider. How do you tell someone is a good player till to play with them? And, a couple good buffers/debuffers on a team, can make everyone look good.

If entering a duo team, what difficulty level will the flashback be set to? Will it be the same for both duo and solo teams? Is there an order the competitors will be running in? And where are we to meet?

So is there a "sign-up sheet" for this? Or just show at a 8 pm? I have a few lvl 45-47s that would be fun to bring to this event. I'm think of bring lvl 45 wp/ss tank if that is OK.
