Did a little net searchin..and found this hair color chart for wigs:

I was able to get a close repsentation of a few of the blonde colors:

Picture[/list]Basically you fiddle around with the base color and the highlights blonds go from Stark almost white to pale wheat but the highlights make it stand out.

Its not an exact science, and some of the new hairstyles use the highlights better than others....Good luck!

Hmm, as I recall it is 50% up front and the remainder upon completion. Which is normal for any type of commission.

I'm hoping everything is okay as well, its not like them to be this quiet.

The forum is working fine lizard.

That error normally means that the forum software can't access something, which means the webhost is probably grumpy.

Anytime you get that error, just give a few mins, it'll usually clear right up.

In 2007 Repeat Offenders Network accomplished many things...

We added 8 supergroups to our network, 3 were born from our popular teaming projects. Over 70 characters reached level 50 with us. 30 outstanding members became Supergroup leaders. Our global channel added gained over 300 subscribers. We participated in the all Defender Hami Raid and Freedom Player Auction Event. Several of our members helped in beta testing of new issues. We ran an all RO Rikti Mothership Raid. RO Universe Wiki was launched and two outstanding members became wiki gurus.
