SJ is fine, nobody can complain about a travel power.
I actually don't fight with inspirations, but i don't get super angry if someone else does. I actualy hold a handful of small ones incase someone i fight uses them. Even in a random zone encounter, i don't pop unless they do and i don't summon shivans if they don't either. I put my heavy on passive and only use it if they have one as well. Usually for Black Mute, he always brings a heavy.
Of course that's just me, i know plenty of PvPers who use inspirations in fights.
The reason i left freedom was to get away from the millions of regens who cried when you did something unexpected or simply win. I just can't handle being in a zone full of that kind of stuff.

Also, pre-i13 I just skipped Total Focus because it takes too long to cast, and its a melee attack. Should I skip it now? I was planning on getting Bone Smasher, but should I plan on skipping it?

LMAO......i made that cause everybody was messing with me when i was pveing with it to get the accolades why i did not take rain of arrows......so i made a second pve build. As for fighting thermal mm in arena on a blaster with no accolades no thanks. I heard your MM did great against dexs scrapper though. NO WAI MY MM LOSES TO A SCRAPPER.
