Building a Psy/EM blaster

Decided I want one, never played Psy blasting before.

For PvP, my question is do I want to pick up Will dom? what about Psychic Wail?
If i skip those two I can fit in tactics in my build but I'm not sure its worth it.

Also, pre-i13 I just skipped Total Focus because it takes too long to cast, and its a melee attack. Should I skip it now? I was planning on getting Bone Smasher, but should I plan on skipping it?

So much has changed that I feel like I know nothing about pvp now :X

You should ask B Witched. Her Psi/em is pretty beastly.

Will dom is your best attack. Psy wail is useless. Bonesmasher is useless. TF is somewhat useful, but can be skipped.

I usally take TF only for the sets. Just take it out of you tray.

Take Will Dom slot it for acc/dmg/rech and make sure to put the chance for placate proc in it. I Have 4 Devastation 2 Fortuna Hypnosis (Placate and Acc/Rech) Skip Psi Wail, nukes are pretty much useless.

Bone Smasher is pretty weak now for a melee attack. I think it does about the same damage as mental blast, only you have to be in melee. Total focus is something I usually wouldn't touch in an arena match but in zones you can get away with using it a good bit. If you aren't leading the spike, thanks to suppression it isn't tough to get in there and power thrust someone for the KB, follow it up with Will Dom/TF for a very nasty delayed damage spike. I run with 4 Mako's (Including damage proc) and Hecatomb Acc/Dmg/Rech + dmg proc.

I usually lead up with Will Dom/MB/TKBlast/Will Dom/Power Thrust *spikes ensues*

Edit: Anyone know if theres a reason the Miracle +recovery doesnt work unless hoarfrost is toggled On? Will it be the same in-game or just a bug in mids? Any suggestions on the build?
